Stayed here 3 nights and if I come back here we will stay again. The hotel is in a great location near Zion. The shuttle stop is close by and you can easily walk to several restaurants. The breakfast was good - they switched up the egg options daily so staying for 3 nights it didn’t get old. The hotel is a bit on the older side , but they have kept up with maintenance. It was VERY clean. All of the employees were pleasant and helpful. The hot tub and fire pits offered great views of Zion. Hot cocoa bar in the lobby at night. Coffee 24/7. This is a great value without sacrificing quality, location or cleanliness. 10/10 Read less

Amazing hotel! Breakfast is included and is buffet style there’s something for everyone. Microwaves in the rooms and a small shop in reception with microwave meals to purchase. The lady on reception made us aware of free cookies as well! Very clean and lovely location. Outside seating has fires to keep you warm in the cold Utah winter.

This Holiday Inn is absolutely beautiful! It is very clean. The breakfast is very good, and has a lot of options. The staff is very welcoming and accommodating. Beautiful views of the mountains, a fire pit in the evening and a fireplace too. Stay atleast a couple of nights to relax, one night is not enough!

When it was blowing cold air into the room, I froze. I built a wall of pillows to divert the cold air up away from me so I could sleep. Read less

Terrific location and amenities. The room was spacious and the free breakfast made it possible to hit the Zion trails first thing in the morning. It had a lovely pool, cucumber water, decks with rocking chairs, great views, and yummy chocolate chip cookies, too ... Amenities I'd expect from a more expensive hotel.
