Our family arrived to DC and requested early check in so we could take a nap. Our room wasn't available but Denise was able to find a room that had been serviced. Upon entering the room, we could tell the AC wasn't working properly. Denise immediately resolved the issued by providing us another room since maintenance advised it would take awhile… Read more

The hotel is really good and omfortable. We saw fire works of 4th, July 2024 from 14th Floor and it was fantastic and memorable. Overall experience is good. We stayed in 9th floor of North side of the hotel.The room was quite large and beds were very clean. The amenities in wash room was limited.

Second shift was ok, better than first shift. The best experience we came across was 1 person who works overnight on Tuesdays. Absolutely delightful and happy. Hotel is outdated. Not clean. Melted chocolate on sofa, food left on floor, hair in places, just dirty. Change was even in sofa sleeper. The Bellman don't care and hide The space under the door to the hallway is not safe. Easy for someone to slide a snake camera under. Similar with what happened with Erin Andrews. Read less

Best customer service! Jordan made the check in experience smooth and enjoyable. Great location, plenty to do in area, the bar and restraunt has good options and always a pretty smooth process to park and get setup. Room is great and full of space.

Jordan at the front desk answered all of my questions explain to me all the amenities, even went to the restaurant to make sure I could put in an order before they closed by far. Some of the best service I have gotten. The hotel was very clean. They were able to accommodate my stay the entire time.
