252 modern rooms and suites with marble bathrooms, walk in rain shower, and separate bath tub. All guest rooms and suites enjoy a private balcony, dark wood panelling, marble floors, signature bedding and leather headboards, air-conditioning, flat-screen TV and media panel, tea/coffee-making facilities, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, mini bar*, luxury bath amenities, and safe. 

Fairmont View Rooms are located on floors 1-4 and partial sea views of the Arabian Gulf. King rooms with 1 king-size bed sleep maximum 3 adults or twin beds are available, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 2 children.

Board basis options

Breakfast included: includes breakfast at Spectrum.

Half Board option: includes breakfast and either a set menu lunch in Gioia Italian Restaurant, or lunch or dinner in the all-day dining restaurant Spectrum.

Full Board option: includes breakfast, lunch and dinner in the all-day-dining restaurant Spectrum or any A La Carte restaurant.

All Inclusive Standard option includes: breakfast, lunch, and dinner at a dedicated restaurant. Unlimited service of selected house alcoholic* and soft beverages served during meals and at designated hotel bars from 11:00am-11:00pm (according to each outlet operational hours), excluding Spectrum Lobby Lounge.

Dine around (optional): guests can replace lunch or dinner and dine in Kiyi (Turkish restaurant) or Gioia (Italian restaurant) with a credit of AED 50 per adult – or child (6 to 11.99 years old) per meal, per day, and this credit cannot be accumulated or transferred to another day, if unused.

A list of beverage selections will be available at designated bars and restaurants.

Please note: a 5-night minimum stay is required for All Inclusive. Room service, mini-bar and ice cream are not included in the All Inclusive package.

Room upgrades

Fairmont Sea View Rooms are located on floors 1-5 and feature unobstructed views of the Arabian Gulf, with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Deluxe Rooms are located on floors 5–14 and their higher elevation gives them some of the most stunning sea views in the emirate. King rooms with 1 king-size bed sleep maximum 3 adults or twin beds are available, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 2 children.

Junior Suites have separate living and bedroom areas and a balcony with unobstructed views of the Arabian Gulf. These rooms have 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Family Rooms consist of 2 interconnecting Fairmont View rooms, one room with 1 king-size bed and the second room with twin beds. They can sleep a maximum of 6 people in total, with up to 2 adults and 1 child in the king room and 2 adults or 2 children in the twin room. These rooms enjoy sea views.

The larger 1-Bedroom Corner Suites come with 1 king-sized bed and a separate living area, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

5 exquisite restaurants and lounges including: Kiyi Turkish Restaurant (dinner), Gioia Italian Restaurant (lunch and dinner), Spectrum Lobby Lounge (serving breakfast, afternoon tea, plus light bites and refreshments throughout the day), Spectrum Restaurant (all-day dining), and Salt & Sea swim up pool bar (serving light meals and drinks).

Wonderful experience. Lillian from the Fairmont Ajman team was very hospitable, kind, welcoming, and wonderful. The check-in, check-out processes were very smooth and professional. Definitely recommend and will definitely do it again.

Staff are very attentive however a bit slow to clear tables and supply drinks in Spectrum on more than one occasion. Swimming Pool is great however starting to look a bit tired in places, around poolside raised beds and tiles missing in pool itself. RAVE Entertainment Team are very friendly and always willing for a chat. However there was no Aquarobics, as previous years which was greatly missed by loads of guests. PLEASE REINSTATE IT ! The Sea and Salt Swim Up bar was more like a Youth Club on loads of occasions, I'm sure children arent allowed at a bar which sells alcohol? Maybe they should have their own area to get their drinks? The free transport to Ajman City Centre Mall is well worth it, however its a first come first served basis, but the driver has a list of who he's picking up from the hotel next door, so will only allow a specific number onboard. A taxi only costs 27 Dh to get there and 25Dh back. Maybe it should be names added to a list to save disappoint? This would be the same as the Dubai Mall transport. There is a note in rooms about attire around the hotel, however this doesnt seem to be enforced, as football shirts were allowed in Spectrum for evening Meals. Great hotel and location however since switching to All Inclusive, standards seemed to have dropped. Read less

The stay was great, we enjoyed our time. The breakfast was good as usual in Fairmont hotels. In addition to that, I have to mention Ali, the guy who used to help us during breakfast time, he was really nice and helpfull person. I recommend this place in Ajman.
