The hotel

Located right on the beach in Lucea on Jamaica's Northwest coast, Grand Palladium Jamaica Resort & Spa promises comfort, fun, and plenty of choice. Junior Suite Garden View rooms overlook the tropical surroundings, with a combined living area with sofa bed, furnished balcony, and either 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds sleeping maximum 3 adults and 1 child.

Daniel from the entertainment group was spectacular. he went above and beyond to make sure our group had a fantastic time. he was pleasant, entertaining, friendly, kind and above all ensured we had a fabulous time. I would recommend this trip to anyone and to Daniel specifically, thank you!

Danie from the entertainment is very funny we have a great time with him ever night is always dancing and make me laugh there is not one moment I don’t laugh I want to also give a shout out to Corlan and Kwesi they have a vibe every night the bar is great I love this hotel

The steakhouse and Italian were the best in our opinion. We had an issue with one of our rooms and the air conditioning which took the hotel 3 nights to get resolved. Not that we had a lot of issues, but a common theme to the week was whenever you had an issue or needed something, it was an ordeal to get it taken care of which is not really where you’re looking to spend your time while on vacation. Overall, despite advertising as a 5 star all inclusive, it’s realistically a 3 star. We will definitely not return. Read less
