All rooms have complimentary WiFi, desk, bathroom amenities, tea/coffee-making facilities, mini-fridge, flat panel HDTV, blackout curtains, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. King/Queen Guest Rooms with Island View feature 1 king-size or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 2 adults. All Inclusive option: includes breakfast, lunch and dinner in the buffet restaurant, open bar in selected venues from 12:00 noon till 12:00 midnight, which includes beer, wine, whisky, vodka and gin (regular brands subject to change). All-inclusive excludes room service and mini bar. All inclusive meals start with the lunch after guest's check-in, and ends with breakfast prior to guest check-out. Alternatively, lunch can be taken on departure day if not utilised on arrival day. The hotel reserves the right to amend or change its all-inclusive format.

Our 2 nights stay were very good and memorable. Our kids enjoyed swimming in the big pool. Our room was very nice also, thanks for the upgrade😍. We also enjoyed our breakfast and dinner. I really liked the hotel. very nice and helpful staff, all without exception. cleanliness of the rooms, delicious and fresh food. great kids club. gorgeous views from the window in rooms with balconies. We were satisfied with everything. I definitely recommend the hotel

This is our third time in this hotel, and its always our chosen place to stay when we do a UAE staycation. A beautiful, clean and comfortable hotel with an amazing location and sea views in every room. However, its the phenominal staff that make us keep coming back. A warm welcome back at check in by Hares who assists us with any questions we have, a quick and freshly replenished room every day by Mila, and every morning, Habiba at breakfast, comes to say good morning and remembers to bring us bananas, as they are in high demand and run out fast by the time we get there. Plus Simon, the life guard supervisor, who keeps a smile on and interesting conversation, even outside in the heat. At every point, the staff are cheerful, welcoming and helpful. It might just be a banana, a towel, or a bottle of water, but its the way the small things are remembered or given, that can make you feel like a valued guest. See you next year! Read less

Hotel has no specific areas for entertainment. Variation of food could be improved, very salty. Disagree with sales touting business to you everyday. OTHER COMMENTS: Although the hotel could put rules & guidelines in place… The hotel is mainly geared up for families if your looking for a quiet relaxing holiday this is not the place, loud music all day, jet skis which dominate the bay.
