Split into two sections, Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya Heaven is a partly adults-only oasis offering luxurious accommodation, four pools, four restaurants and endless water activities. There’s also the Hard Rock golf course (20 minutes away) and you’ve got easy access to it as well as preferential tee times. Plus staying at the Heaven section, you will have full access to the facilities within the family friendly Hacienda section, giving you even more dining options and pools to enjoy. An All Inclusive resort, its top-shelf all the way at the Hard Rock — there isn’t anything you’ll be denied. After a busy day (and night) your room is your sanctuary. There’s a whole variety to choose from but one thing’s for sure, you’ll have space to stretch out in plus a well-stocked mini-bar to take advantage of!

In the heart of the Riviera Maya, this is section of the Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya is mostly adults-only, with some select facilities open to families. Transfer time from Cancun Airport: 1 hour 10 minutes.

Myself and 14 other family members (ages 9 to 78) stayed at HRRM on both the Heaven and Hacienda sides of the resort. Overall, our stay was fantastic and we would definitely visit again. Food ranged from decent (Caio) to excellent (Umo). The new breakfast and lunch spot (Ilsa) was a nice addition. Main property could certainly use some touch ups and the rooms are dated. The new adult only side is fantastic. Overall service was fantastic, with highlights being Luis and Paola and their team at Umo. Dago and Sergio continue to be (by far) the best two bartenders at the resort. Our stay was made even more wonderful with the help of our butlers Gabriel and Diego. In the 15 years I have been traveling to both Palace and HR properties, I have never had butlers as responsive, caring, courteous and professional as Gabriel and Diego. Every request, from dinner and spa reservations, to significant room issues were immediately met. Our entire party routinely commented how wonderful they were. They should be commended and acknowledged by the staff for their hard work. Read less
