Check-in was very slow and it felt like they were doing me a favor. Room smelled terribly of mold & mildew! All restaurants require a reservation but it is impossible to get one without demanding a Manager. The beach was very nice and pools very clean.

First things first, I need to give a HUGE shoutout to the Hideaway bartenders Bria, Brendon, and Sori. These three individuals made our stay INCREDIBLE! Their service was beyond expectations. A lot of people at the resort complained about the service and they refuse to leave a tip, although anywhere and everywhere i went, i would leave a tip (a few dollars) and got top tier service. Did not encounter mediocre service once. Take care of them and they will tale care of you. Food was phenomenal as well as there were so many options for dinner. The front desk staff (i forgot her name) decorated our room for our arrival because they knew it was for our honeymoon as well as provided us with a complimentary 4 course meal on the beach watching the sunset. After about 5 days, i usually get home sick, although i did not want to leave after 7 nights. I would HIGHLY recommend this as a honeymoon destination.
