As a family we have had a really wonderful stay at Hilton Yas Island. The hotel is beautiful, modern and in a great location. You cannot review the hotel without giving a special mention to the staff who are simply fantastic! They go above and beyond and how they remembered who we were and our room number each time we went to breakfast/ dinner or to the executive lounge blew my mind (especially in such a large hotel!) Even when I witnessed other guests treating staff with far less respect than I would like to see, they remained polite and professional and still went above and beyond! The hotel is multi cultural and incredibly family friendly, the amazing choice of world foods at the buffet included child friendly choices and even included a popcorn, ice cream and sweet station. The staff are brilliant with kids, making them feel truly spoilt, blowing up pool inflatables, playing football or simply chatting to them about their favourite teams and the latest premier league signings! The hotel comes with perks that really elevate your stay such as included tickets to the Yas Island theme parks, access to Yas Beach and complimentary shuttles to all the tourist destinations. The access we had to the executive lounge through having a suite was a real bonus with complimentary drinks and snacks during the day or a breakfast with a slower pace than the main buffet. My only slight gripe (and it is only small) was the noise from the adjoining room. Emirati life seems to take place much later in the day due to the heat, and we found other guests to be quite loud whilst we were trying to sleep- which obviously is no fault of the Hilton! As a family we are really keen to return to Hilton Yas Island and are really looking forward to seeing the changes around Yas, such as the new beaches that are being built and the expansion of Yas Waterworld. Kofi and all the pool guys were amazing with the kids playing football. It’s so peaceful and the staff are so kind. The pool bar, all favourites but my personal favourite would be my friend, he gave me sunglasses and I won’t forget it. When I get home to Dubai, he can meet me for a dinner. RECOMMEND!

Brilliant stay at Hilton Yas Island. Made even better by the staff. The rooms were clean and modern and would definately visit again. Cannot mention all names but Kofi at the pool was always on hand to assist even when my son lost his goggles. Hafeez and Sohail at the front were very welcoming too.

We stayed here for 4 nights and had an absolutely superb time! It is a fantastic hotel in an ideal location close to all the major theme parks - and the added bonus of free access to the parks by staying here! The staff here are AMAZING!! Just the highest level of customer service, all across the different areas from the reception staff, to the restaurant staff to the valet. Just amazing service and always with a smile. I would like to give a special mention to Abdul, one of the supervisors in the main restaurant, and Amer, one of the waiting staff at the restaurant. They were both always so welcoming and so friendly. Despite being so busy, they always made the time to say hello and look after us to the highest levels. They always ensured we had everything we needed and never shied away from any requests we had. The Hilton should be proud of them both and of all the staff in this hotel. The choice of food at breakfast and dinner is amazing - so difficult to not keep going up! Really tasty, fresh food and a huge variety to choose from. Would highly recommend going half board. The swimming pool is brilliant, nice and spacious with plenty of seating available. There’s a nice splash area for smaller kids too. Overall a fantastic hotel, the most amazing staff and a great location! Read less
