This hotel was incredibly beautiful, and the service was 10/10 amazing! The staff members genuinely care about you. I would say the only place that needs improvement or new workers would be Sea Salt restaurant. I stood at the resort for 6 days 5 nights and though Sea Salt has the best food, they have the worst customer service. Very shocking… Read more

I stood at the resort for 6 days 5 nights and though Sea Salt has the best food, they have the worst customer service. Very shocking because everywhere else was amazing. Every worker had a huge attitude every day of my trip, I was in Casa 2, so sea salt was the closest restaurant to me. Besides that, as I said the beach beautiful, pools are great, drinks and food are great, service is great! When you're checking I would go to Melanie! She was so kind and accommodating. Hector the bellman was amazing along with Alberto! Lastly there were two gentlemen at the lobby bar that were sooo nice I feel awful I don't remember their name. Alex at Noriku was super kind and friendly as well! Overall, I would come back to stay here and will definitely be booking the Hilton for more international trips. Read less

I must say Eleazar Gomez and Eleazar Chelelo are the BEST waiters EVER!!!!! Super attentive and very friendly. Never needed to ask for anything because they were always on top of everything! Go visit them at Vela Sur restaurante you will not regret it! The service will have you going back every night! I will definitely be back soon !

Everything was super clean and staff was super nice and helpful. The Vela Sur staff were incredible and really welcoming. Two in particular, Eleazar Gomez and Eleazar Chelelo, were the best!! All the employees I came in contact with spoke great english and did anything to make my family feel special.

The service from Eleazar Gomez and Eleazar Chelelo was perfect. They were super helpful at the Vela Sur buffet making sure we had drinks and a good attitude. I loved my stay here I’ll will come back next year because of them. Service was always on time and very friendly.
