The hotel

A contemporary hideaway, the Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall occupies a prime location, nestled between Jamaica’s famous Blue Mountain ridge and the turquoise waters of the Caribbean. An adults-only retreat offering "Service from the Heart!", the atmosphere is gorgeously laid-back, ensuring plenty of rest and relaxation on the agenda. The private beach is nearly a mile long with swimmable coves to be alone in. All the usual sporting pastimes are on offer including beach volleyball, tennis, and basketball. When the day fades, there are restaurants and bars galore, not just those belonging to the Zilara but to the family friendly sister hotel, the Ziva, as well, offering 14 distinctly different restaurants to choose from. I was really disappointed with my king swim up suites about was dated and smelled like mildew. Also, room service was horrible the menu was very limited. Didn’t even have simple things like burger and chicken tenders for dinner menu or fries. If

The resort was beautiful. Waking up to see the pool, palm trees and ocean was the best sight ever! All the food me and my lady ate was amazing. I love that Choicez buffet had many different food options for breakfast. The curry was the best! I would definitely come here again!

Overall the food and service were very good. I was disappointed in the condition of the rooms occupied by our family who had the 1 br suites but was happy about the overall condo on of my room, a King oceanfront suite located on the 5th floor near the front desk. I’ll be back in November and am hoping for an even better experience.

This was my first all inclusive trip and it did not disappoint. Staff is very friendly and takes good care of their guest. Pool and beach experience was very good. Would return if ever back in Montego Bay
