In the places defense, my family’s trip was already off to a rough start thanks to Southwest. However, this resort sucked. Arrived the A/C was broken with no clue as to when it would be restored. I don’t know if there is a good resort in Jamaica but if there it’s then it’s definitely not this one. Kudos to the other positive reviews but to me? Wouldn’t stay here is my life depended on it and it almost did. Stay elsewhere. Read less

The Front desk attendant (Obrian) has the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE @ the Iberostar. His warm friendly smile & his expertise was on point. He definitely someone you should know. So when you come to Iberostar in Jamaica ask for Obrian, You will receive the BEST Customer Service Ever!!!!!!!

This experience at the Iberostar was a delight with Obrian. His friendly smile and wonderful attitude made my stay with family, very comfortable. He always checked in with us and made sure our stay was the best experience. And he even remembered our name which made us feel like family our whole visit.

Staying has been the best ever. Checking in I’ve met Obrian (the front desk attendant)! He was beyond amazing with helping me get check in and having amazing chit chat breaks throughout my stay!!! I’m going to miss him on my way back to Chicago

Excellent, Kemoy from JetBlue vacation, was extremely attentive and understanding. We had to reschedule our romantic dinner and he made it so easy. I truly appreciate his kindness, understanding and patience. The dinner setup was so romantic my husband and I was amazed. Please keep up the good work. Food was delicious to top it off
