The hotel
A brand new resort on Hayat Island in Ras Al Khaimah, the Intercontinental offers sea views from all rooms, giving that idyllic island feel that you’re craving from a beach holiday. Take time out on your spacious balcony with a morning coffee, overlooking the ocean, or with a sundowner from the minibar before the evening begins. You’re spoilt for choice when it comes to dining options, NoHo is great for an evening buzz and will transport you to trendy New York in an instant. Shasha is the hub of entertainment, be it pool parties, yoga or cinema under the stars, and make sure you grab a spot here in time for the sunset views over the ocean. This hotel is a great pick for families, with spacious suites and villas with private pools available for larger parties, and an extensive kids activity programme to keep them occupied, giving you time to visit the spa for a massage to unwind. 351 generously sized rooms, suites and villas, all with spacious balcony or terrace with day beds, air-conditioning, coffee/tea-making facilities, minibar*, and flat-screen TV.
Classic Sea View rooms with either 1 king-size bed or 2 twin beds, sleeping maximum 4 people.
Board basis options
Breakfast option includes: International buffet breakfast will be served in Saffar All Day Dining Restaurant. Breakfast taken outside designated meal timings will be charged separately as per consumption. Breakfast ordered through room service will be charged as per consumption.
Half Board option includes: breakfast and dinner at Saffar All Day Dining Restaurant which includes food only, all drinks will be charged as per consumption. Complimentary one small bottle of water per person per meal.
Full Board option includes: breakfast, lunch, and dinner at Saffar All Day Dining Restaurant which includes food only, all drinks will be charged as per consumption. Complimentary one small bottle of water per person per meal.
All-Inclusive option includes: breakfast, lunch and dinner at Saffar All Day Dining Restaurant, or 3 course dinner - set-menu at either Levant & Nar or NoHo Bar & Grilll. Selected soft & house beverages are available from 12:30pm – 10:00pm at Saffar. Soft & house beverages included from 11:00am – 07:00pm in ShaSha. Soft & house beverages included from 07:00pm - 10:00pm at Amarbar. 4 house beverages per person with set-menu meals at Levant & Nar and NoHo Bar & Grill. Other meals and drinks not included in the All Inclusive meal plan will be charged to the guest’s account. All Inclusive package ends at 12 noon on the day of check out, unless late check out extended and paid (does not apply on complimentary late check out extensions).
Guests with Half Board, Full Board, and All-Inclusive meal plan bookings. Guests are now entitled to utilize their 120 AED credit during the NoHo Brunch, which is hosted every Saturday. Please note that an additional supplement is applicable for certain packages: ‘Bubbly Experience’ and ‘Driver’s Choice’ packages and ‘Champagne Experience’ package. Guests have to make reservations in advance to secure their spot.

Club Rooms include: access to the Club InterContinental Lounge with a separate check-in area, private pool, deep soaking jacuzzi, as well as deluxe culinary offers throughout the day such as cocktail happy hour and afternoon tea.
Saffar (International cuisinge, open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner). Levant & Nar (Turkish and Lebanese cuisine, with sea views). Noho (stylish New York inspired bar and grill). Ramsa Lounge (lobby lounge serving hot drinks and pastries). Amarbar (library style bar serving drinks and light bites). Shasha Pool Bar (poolside bar serving food, cocktails and shisha).

Levant & Nar and NoHo Bar & Grill: from 6:00pm-8:00pm, family seating is available for children aged six and under. Starting at 8:00pm, only guests above the age of six are accepted in both the venues.

-We stayed in Villa 12 and it was again a very pleasant stay.
Check in - Daigham & his colleague helped with smooth check in. The staff very considerate and helpful.

Check in - Daigham & his colleague helped with smooth check in. The staff very considerate and helpful.
- The Villa 12 side had No noise in the bedroom from the constructions going near the Hotel. The hotel website says up-till what month the construction will go on. Beautiful breathtaking views.
- In the room balcony they have installed clothes drying rack which is a good addition.
- Kids club was bit overcrowded with nannies but the staff was very kind and attentive Melanie & her team was great.
-Dinner was good on both evenings with lots of variety. Breakfast on both the days was very good. Staff at the restaurant were so kind Avi the dining manager has brought in some real good changes with more options. Dora, Rechelle & Vineeth looked after us very well at the restaurant.
- can’t wait to try out the new beach bar which is newly built but was not yet open. Good thing with the beach bar is now there will be quick toilet access nearest to the beach and you don’t have to go all the way in the main building.

Excellent hotel for a relaxing holiday. The property is quite large so that there is plenty of space to enjoy a sunbath during the day. The private beach is just in front of the hotel and easy to reach.
The room was perfectly clean and comfortable and the dining options were good.
The whole staff was friendly and helpful.

If you are looking no for that exhaustion C getaway, I highly recommend this place and you will not be disappointed

Everything was perfect. Great time and great staff. Room was great, food was great. Housekeeping was great. Would love to visit again and have a chat with hafeez lad the housekeeping supervisor. Lovely guy. Overall the staff was brilliant and space in nice.
