This was an awesome idea for us to go to Jewel Paradise Cove Jamaica , the weather was perfect and we had rain on only one day all day , the staff are so friendly and welcoming and full of life we made great friends with Terry - Ann the beach bartender , Kavin at the coffee bar, Keaton from the snack bar and buffet, as well as Brandy from the steak restaurant and Geetha who makes the best Chinese food at the Jade Sumarhi restaurant and of course the omelette maker in the morning Donique, we were always greeted with a smile from other staff members and the evening entertainment was very good and during the day the entertainment team kept the party going with games and exercise, all the rooms were very quiet and clean, never ran out of anything, the General Manager Barbara was very nice and friendly and we enjoyed her company we will certainly miss seeing each of our new friends at Jewel Paradise Cove but we will certainly be back soon

The property was great including the staff. It was close to the tours we chose and on a hip strip. The only downfall was/is there's no elevators and the hot tub is adjacent to the pool so it's not an actual hot tub. The hibachi restaurant was very good and worth trying.
You definitely feel the full effect of their One Love and Heart saying.

First time to Jamaica. The resort was fantastic, the staff was amazing and Jerk Chicken and pork, if you haven't tried it you don't know what your missing. Our experience with the staff at Raidant Spa was magical! We are definitely returning and bringing more friends next time.
