Located at the east end of Junkanoo Beach at the entrance to downtown Nassau. Transfer time from Lynden Pindling International Airport: approximately 20 minutes.

She was the absolute best bartender that i’ve ever had! she listened to exactly what i wanted and made it happen. I hate anything sweet but she made me a drink with everything possible in it and it still tasted amazing! I would search for her every day that we were at the resort because she was that good!

We stayed in the One Particular Harbour Building in an Ocean View Studio with a view which was absolutely stunning! The room was very spacious with a good-sized balcony, complete with kitchenette, stovetop, fridge, microwave, and washer/dryer. The room and building was very clean and all Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. We are an older couple and loved the quiet vibe of this building...very relaxing. It also had a private pool area, small putting green, fire pit area and barbecue area just for this building. We could still go over to the Margaritaville Building and use their facilities, as well as the facilities of the neighbouring British Colonial hotel (I believe it is called). If you have children and want more action, then the Margaritaville building is probably for you instead, as it has the water park, beach, etc., but if you are looking for a more quiet stay...absolutely, choose the One Particular Harbour Building! It's also worth pointing out that there are lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance of both buildings. Read less

Superb service from Ian! The restaurant is clean and comfortable and a great setting for breakfast lunch or dinner. We had the chicken pasta and the burger which were both really good. Nice ambience and a lovely setting over looking the pool.

Great service and food. Ian was a great server and very attentive. I got a vacation burger and it was delicious. My girlfriend got the same and she was impressed as well. Overall I would definitely recommend this place and will be coming back soon.
