Thumps up for the (F&B Assistant Manager) who was always doing his foot patrol to ensure that we were are having our drinks served as requested. Big up for the Housekeeping teams. Our Delux plus rooms were spotlessly clean. Really amazing. Foods were delicious with large varieties provided. Things to remedy from my point of view: The buggy car team, not friendly at all and very reluctant to drop you when asked for. Kids remained closed for two consecutive days which kind of hindered trip to the spa. Read less

Just got home from what has been an unbelievable stay at the Maritim Resort and Spa. What makes this resort so special are the people who work there. Everyone we encountered were so friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make our stay unforgettable. I have left a separate review for the Maritim Equestrian Centre which are the stables within the resort - I have to mention them again here, because it was Dario (who is the stable manager) and Deepak (who works alongside him) that are the true stars of this resort. They deserve a huge bonus! Their expert advice, amazing equestrian knowledge and experience, plus their obvious love and care for their horses, dogs and other animals made this holiday truly unforgettable. I can’t thank them enough. The other members of staff who deserve a special mention are Sanjeev, Krishna, Dhruv and the lovely Papay by the pool. All went way beyond what is required of them at work and looked after us every day. Everything about this resort is fantastic - but these amazing people are why I have given 5 stars! Read less

The rooms were very clean and they even called to mention that we forgot something in the room. The boat house and horse ride was also great. The only thing I would suggest needs improvement are the requests it took a very long time for us to an extra pillow and towels at night time. The reservation process also needs to be a bit more flexible. We took 4 rooms and when I asked to pay half and half at reception upon arrival since we were each paying for our rooms we were answered a NO this is not the procedure. I am also from the hotel sector and many hotels do allow this option. Only for reservation flexibility I would give 2 stars to this service but apart from that the operations are definitely 5 stars.
