All-Inclusive of: The Oblu Island Plan™ includes buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner at the main restaurant, The Spice. One dining experience at Just Grill specialty restaurant or Raga Route based on a minimum 4 night stay, or two meals (one at Just Grill and one at Raga Route) based on a 8 night stay, or three meals (one at Just Grill, one at Raga Route and one meal at Just Grill OR Raga Route) based on a 14 nights stay and above. Selection of unlimited soft beverages, beers and wines at The Spice during meal times. Everything was excellent, the resort is beautiful and the staff is very friendly and helpful, always with a smije on their face!! Our Lagoon Villa was so nice and cosy with pool and steps to the sea. We loves our time here! The restaurant and the bar are also excellent, very big choice of food and beverages. Also great ice cream!!!

We have just returned from our stay at Oblu Nature Helengeli, and can honestly say that this was the most special place we have had the opportunity to visit. The island is stunning, the snorkelling fantastic, and the food was a very high standard for a buffet setting. Chef Mohit came out to speak with the guests every day, which was a really nice touch. We ate at both restaurants - Just Grill and Raga Route. Both were exquisite - food prepared to a very high standard. I particularly liked Just Grill. The staff were truly amazing and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Everybody works incredibly hard - I genuinely feel like we made friends on this trip. My partner liked a shirt worn by the traditional Maldivian music band and the flute player (who was also exceptional), and asked whether it was possible to purchase one. It turns out that they weren’t available to purchase and were made in-house from the sarongs. Before we knew it, he was being measured up, and after purchasing 2 sarongs, a shirt was made free of charge and delivered to our room that very evening! Once again, this will stay with us forever. He absolutely loves the shirt and will be wearing it on a gig tomorrow! (He is also a musician) Big shout out to Devejdra (laundry manager) and Dammika, the wonderful tailor who made it. Thank you both so much! In terms of shout outs, there are too many to mention and I’m sorry for anyone I have missed. Kessi and Oghin particularly stood out in the bar. Oghin took the time to write down the recipe of a masala tea drink that I particularly liked - all special touches. Lastly, I would highly recommend the cooking class with Mohit. I cook a lot of Indian food at home, but found this lesson useful to understand more about Sri Lankan cooking, and the balancing of spices. Mohit even gave me a jar of the curry paste we used in the class to bring home with me, and wrote down the ingredient’s for the 3 recipes we prepared. We were served this meal for lunch that day. Truly special. Thank you to each and every one of you for making our stay so special - we will be back!! Read less

Mohit the chef has amazing abilities and is a very customer oriented and nice person. Must try is his Indian cooking classes! The house reef at Helengeli is very well accessible and in terms of variety of fish and coral better than most of the other reefs in the near surroundings. All Service personnel is well trained and professional. Some of the exceed expectations and private exchange and cultural interchange gives and extra highlight to this resort.
