The people was nice, however the rooms smelled like mildew. Nexus transportation is horrible. We paid for round trip transportation and they did not provide us with transportation back to the airport. We had to pay for our own cab. Please reconsider if you want to go to this hotel.

Here for our 40th wedding anniversary. I cannot fault this hotel. Food is amazing in the buffet. Only disappointment was tex mex... no chilli or fahitas!. Everyone amazing. I came here to celebrate my bday and they helped accommodate me during my stay. I liked how attentive they were to me and my companions needs. I loved my beautiful bday decor and it helped elevate my bday experience. They always made sure to remind us of any activities taking place and to book reservations for dinner. My initial room was not ready because of some issues the room had. So my butlers assisted me with a more spacious and nicer room. We were up since 5 am in the morning and made it to St.Lucia at 1:25 pm and arrived to resort, I was ready to shower and relax. I am happy we did not have to pack up and leave to go back to our original room. The room had a slight damp smell to it. However, it was nothing debilitating. Lastly, I would have liked if Diamond Club members would have had more access to top shelf liquor in places limited only to the diamond club lounge. The Diamond Club lounge is not opened late like the other bars. So it would have been nice to have those premium liquors in other places as that are opened late. My companion and I’s favorite restaurant was Hunters Steakhouse. The food at this resort was meh. so I would not stay here for the perks of the food. I enjoyed only certain items from Calyso as well. If I’m being honest here, I would not recommend Royalton if a person wants to stay here and expect really good food. I enjoyed Scores Bar because the dj was great. I liked the Afro beats night on 11/08/24. That was our favorite night at Scores. This resort had a nice relaxing vibe to it, good customer service and cool entertainment. Read less
