My wife and I visited Secrets Maroma Beach for our annual summer vacation. We had heard and read great things about the property and all expectations were met. He even took care of securely wrapping up the tequila bottle we brought home. I am definitely looking forward to seeing Roberto when we come back to Secrets Maroma Beach. The preferred lounge made great drinks, especially our new favorite...BBC! The entertainment team did a great job, especially Jen. This was the first property that had pool basketball setup during the day and Jen made the game fun for everyone. The food was great, the drinks were great, and the service was amazing. First trip to Mexico and Secrets Maroma Beach was an amazing resort. The staff, the service, the rooms, amenities, beach…everything was nothing short of exceptional!! I would recommend anyone considering a luxury adults only resort to seriously consider Secrets Maroma!!

The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked great in our room, the shower had good water pressure. Overall, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our personal concierge (Emmanuel Cabrera/Building 16) was the absolute BEST! He took care of everything. Anything we wanted or needed, he got for us!
