Bed & Breakfast option: includes daily buffet breakfast at Ginger Moon.

Half Board Dine Around option: includes breakfast, and lunch or dinner at participating restaurants.

Full Board option: includes breakfast, lunch and dinner at participating restaurants.

All Inclusive option: includes breakfast, lunch and dinner at participating restaurants. Daily snack. Ice cream. Tea and coffee throughout the day. Mini-bar (stocked upon arrival with beer and soft drinks). House beverages (wine/soft beverages/beers and spirits) served from midday until the venue closes.

We went to Ginger Moon for a meal and had delicious food, and fabulous service from our waiter Abdul. Abdul made the meal extra special with his top attentive service. He made sure that everyone in my party with food allergies had exactly what was required to enjoy the meal and ambiance.

We had breakfast each day in Ginger Moon and ate by the pool adjacent to Ginger Moon for lunch. We chose Fish restaurant (Greek cuisine) two nights for dinner and one night at Ginger Moon. We started each day with a walk around Dubai Marina Walk. Our only gripes would be the check-in/check-out experience at Reception and the noise from Ginger Moon/adjacent building works into the wee early hours. This is a hotel for Pleasure and I would not stay here for Business. Finally, the staff are a credit to the hotel and they have clearly been well trained and mentored. A special thanks to Amal, Sky, Rohit and Miguel for their hard work and laughs during the day by the Ginger Moon pool. Read less

Excellent service and attention to detail throughout the hotel, beach area and restaurants. We had a fabulous 6 days on our first visit to Dubai. A special mention of the amazing attention received from Amal Emmanuel, Rohit and Ranul by the poolside in Ginger Moon fabulous thank you so much.

Excellent stay, chic hotel with excellent staff and great food and drink options. I stayed in a "fabulous corner room" and it was perfect for me with a nice view of the marina. The breakfast was very good, coffee excellent and the food in general was also of a high standard. The cocktails at the lower bar were brilliant (if a little slow arriving in the busier periods). The swimming pool area was very small which was a little bit of a shame as it was also quite shallow for the most part, not somewhere to swim/exercise - more a place to be photographed. You can use the facilities at two other hotels though if that's what you're looking for. I want to say that the service from the concierge (Birs) was absolutely exceptional, she went above and beyond to source an item for me before I arrived and it was much appreciated. I also want to state that she has not requested that I mention her in a review either. She is a credit to the hotel. The room cleaning was excellent, check in staff very professional (although failed to pick up on the 2 hours free drinks from the booking until I pointed it out). Overall nothing to merit less than a full 5 stars and I'd definitely return. I'd definitely say that this hotel is perfect for solo travellers, those on business or for couples. It's not really oriented for families/younger guests. Read less
