As expected from a W hotel, the decor is just breathtaking as soon as you walk in. Fabulous service from Erica who upgraded us to a Marvellous room and was taken to it within 20 mins. The room itself was huge - again, decor was just beautiful. Excellent amenities as well. You won’t need to bring any shampoo/conditioner/shower gel/soap/facial cleanser or body lotion as everything is provided - and in decent sized bottles where you won’t need to request topping up.
Onto the restaurants - we stayed at the Westin last year so we were already aware of the amazing food included in the package. Ginger Moon at the W hotel was fantastic. Strongly recommend you try the cheesecake there!!! All Staff in the hotel are amazing as well - always greeting you with a smile and warm welcome.
Food wise - not a single criticism can be found across all three hotels. What was even more lovely was that staff from the Westin remembered my husband and I from last year.
The only issue I had was the construction work which was particularly loud one evening but management dealt with it with excellence and I felt really valued as a guest.
All staff across the hotels but especially in the W hotel were just lovely. A very special mention to the following: Erica on reception, Rose who is an absolute diamond; Jacob and Munir who are super cool; Taraka, Pragati, Chill, Sam, Thwel, Camila and Raj from Ginger Moon, Daniel Aguilar; Divianshu and Kavi from Baba Steakhouse; Yash, Rishi and Kegham from Farrago; Marion from El Sur; Sagar from the fish restaurant, Rod from Horizon and Roop who would do the most amazing turn down service every night.
Can’t wait to return to the W hotel and hopefully all the staff especially the ones mentioned above are still there.
