All studios and suites feature a balcony or terrace, air conditioning and ceiling fans, flat screen TV with US and international channels, laptop-size safe and a kitchenette equipped with a microwave, small refrigerator, sink and small appliances, iron and ironing board. Garden Studios feature views of the pool or garden, bathroom with shower, and 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 people.

One Bedroom Garden Suites feature garden or pool views, as well as a master bedroom with 1 king or 1 queen-size bed, flat screen TV and full en-suite bathroom with separate tub and shower. The living room comes with a queen sleeper sofa, ½ bathroom and a second flat screen TV. Sleeping maximum 4 people.

One Bedroom Oceanfront Suites feature ocean views facing Grace Bay, as well as a master bedroom with 1 king-size bed, flat screen TV and a full en-suite bathroom with tub and shower. The living room comes with a queen sleeper sofa and a second flat screen TV. Sleeping maximum 4 people.

Deluxe One Bedroom Oceanfront Suites are renovated rooms in the Chelsea building with direct ocean views of Grace Bay from the balcony or terrace. The master bedroom has 1 king-size bed, flat-screen TV and full en-suite bathroom with a shower. This room also features a separate living area with a queen sleeper sofa. Sleeps a maximum of 4 people. 

Two Bedroom Oceanview Suites feature balconies with partial ocean views, and views of the pool and gardens. The master bedroom comes with a king or queen-size bed, flat screen TV and a full en-suite bathroom with separate tub and shower. The second bedroom offers a king or a queen bed, flat screen TV and a full bathroom with separate tub and shower. The living room features a queen sleeper sofa, ½ bathroom and a flat screen TV. Sleeping maximum 6 people.

Two Bedroom Oceanfront Suites feature balconies or terraces with direct ocean views facing Grace Bay. The master bedroom comes with a king bed, flat screen TV and a full en-suite bathroom with tub and shower. The second bedroom offers 2 twin beds that can be converted to a king bed, flat screen TV and a bathroom with tub and shower. The living room features a queen sleeper sofa, ½ bathroom and a flat screen TV. Sleeping maximum 6 people.

Deluxe Two Bedroom Oceanfront Suites are renovated rooms in the Chelsea building with direct ocean views of Grace Bay from the balcony or terrace. The master bedroom comes with a king-size bed, flat-screen TV and a full en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom offers 2 double beds and a bathroom with shower. The suite also features a separate living area with a queen-sized sleeper sofa and a small bathroom. Sleeps a maximum of 6 people. 

Four Bedroom Oceanfront Penthouse Suites have expansive views over Grace Bay. There are two master bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, flat screen TV and full en-suite bathroom with separate tub and shower. Two additional bedrooms each offering two twin beds that can be converted to king beds, flat screen TV and a bathroom with shower only. One large living room featuring 2 queen sleeper sofas, ½ bathroom and a flat screen TV. Sleeping maximum 12 people.

Black Rock Grill (al fresco a la carte evening dining), Asú (casual buffet restaurant by the pool with indoor and outdoor seaing), Fish Deck (beachfront dining with a variety of fresh seafood and a la carte options), Dragon Orchid Sushi (a la carte serving sushi and Asian small plates, open for dinner), Food Truck Stop (consisting of 3 food trucks, offering cocktails and blended drinks. Tacos and Ceviche, and BBQ fare). Rumba Beach Bar, Swim-Up Pool Bar, and Coconut Bar. Use of restaurants and bars at sister resort, Blue Haven.

Large lagoon-style swimming pool. All Inclusive water sports activities, including stand up paddle boarding, kayaking, hobie cats, and use of snorkel gear. We stayed here the first week of June. This was our first visit to Turks and Caicos, celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. I have mixed feelings regarding this resort. It all started with a self service rum punch at check in, cheap rum and half melted ice in an igloo cooler…lol. Certainly not the welcome you would expect for a vacation of this price point. 1. Rooms: we stayed in the renovated Chelsea building. Balcony view of the ocean is nice- but all rooms are adjoined with doors. That cuts down on privacy tremendously. You can hear everything in the rooms around you. Not private or romantic at all. 2. Restaurants: Overall the food was good. Breakfast buffet was not very good, with the exception being Sexxy at the omelette station, they were very good. Fish deck breakfast was fantastic. Lunch was a mixed bag, with the exception being Mrs. Sylvie at Irie, that food was outstanding. Dinners were all pretty good to excellent. The reservation process was not great, but managers Andres and Sudion were always helpful in getting you a reservation. The food service staff were generally very good, some of our favorites were Janet at Blue haven, and at Alexandra we liked Ocelena, Ricar, Taliya. 3. Bars were fine, beach bar staff was not very friendly. Keisha at the coconut bar was very good though. The bars and food at Blue Haven were definitely nicer/more upscale. 4. Beaches/water sports. Grace bay is marvelous, no question. Sammy was helpful and friendly. Out of two Hobie sailboats, one was broken, and the other was unavailable for use until the last day of our stay due to the motor boat also being broken. 5. Pool- Not in great condition, but we spent our time at the beach anyway. Take away for us, the staff was very good and friendly. Grace bay is just beautiful. The food was overall pretty good once you figured out where to eat and not eat. The rooms are a deal breaker for us, which we heard other guests echo that sentiment as well. We would visit the Turks again, but try a different resort. Read less

Shout out to Cheekie, Barbie, Razzah, Skyer, Keisha, and the rest of the crew! They were great hosts and showed us a good time. Great time and beautiful beaches. I would also recommend a private boat tour. I was sad to leave such a beautiful place but can’t wait to go back.

The food was delicious, and the drinks were, yum! If I were to make any suggestions, it would be the wine selection, add a Pino Grigio and Rose (still). Regarding the rooms, ours… Read more

Regarding the rooms, ours was in the Prima Donna building, one that is scheduled for updating which I think would be welcome, honestly I was pleasantly surprised how big it was, definitely plenty of room, just needs a refresh. To end my review, I would definitely recommend staying here, the staff is extremely friendly and more than willing to make your stay enjoyable!!
