The hotel is very nice. The service was great and the room was very nice. People were friendly and attentive to your needs. I would stay here again. The pool was great and the beach was private. Fun too watch the cruise ships go out for the night.

This a beautiful hotel located next to the cruise ship port, literally right around the corner. The lobby and bar area is really elegant and the staff friendly. Please note that the beach area is small and the water not as nice as other places around the island. The pool area was very nice. We ate at the hotel a few times. The sushi chef was wonderful and very knowledgeable and entertaining. The bar staff, especially Omar, David and Kendall made our visits fun and the drinks were delicious. The breakfast buffet was okay, staff there was slow. Our biggest concern was with continued holds on our credit card. Apparently the third party we used didn’t send the payment to the hotel which caused unauthorized charges to our credit card account. We had to address it with the office staff many times while being assured it will be corrected. This was a huge inconvenience especially being on holiday. On the last day it was all corrected. We appreciated the staff’s attention to the matter but it was very disconcerting. Read less
