Casa Marina Key West, Curio Collection by Hilton

Key West, Florida Keys

Virgin rating

The hotel

Opened on New Year's Eve 1920, Casa Marina Resort is Key West’s original grand resort, and it's just been newly renovated again! Boasting a dramatic 'water walk' that leads to the resort's two largest swimming pools and the largest private beach in Key West, Casa Marina is a tranquil oasis close enough to the action of Duval Street. Offered on-site is a booking centre for world-class diving, fishing and boating, and it also has the largest fitness facility in Key West, allowing you to work off those holiday indulgences! Guest rooms here are contemporary in style with whitewashed walls, textured tile floors and dark tropical hardwoods — a great place to retire to at the end of a busy day seeing the sights. For dining the hotel’s Sun Sun restaurant and bar, an open-air wood pavilion overlooking the pools and beach, is great for those seeking a casual atmosphere and plenty of that Floridian sun!! And as if all this wasn't enough, you can take advantage of the facilities at the sister property, The Reach, just one block away.

Everything is very average at this hotel for the price you pay. The staff was nice, the rooms are ok but just seem to missing something to make them cozier. The grounds could use some work, including hallways, elevators, and even walkways. Everything is overpriced and lacking value in my opinion. Ok stay, will probably stay elsewhere in the… Read more

Came here with 3 others friends for a 50th birthday girls trip. We had the best time. I would DEFINITELY recommend getting a pool cabana. We did for 3 of our 4 days. Christian and his crew took incredible care of us. The food was excellent. Drinks were flowing. Service was excellent. The pool area was clean and well maintained. I would love to go… Read more

We chose this location based on Hilton Point availability and a desire to have a nicer resort experience during out stay in Key West. After reading many of the reviews on line, we were concerned that our experience would not be good but we have been very pleasantly surprised. The service at the hotel is fine. The room we had was newly refurbished, clean, and roomy for the 3 of us. The grounds appear to be well kept and the beach and pool areas were neat and clean. The hotel is very expensive for what is offered and the eating options are somewhat limited on site. Good restaurants are located nearby. If you are willing to spend the money, our opinion is that it is a nice resort to stay at. Read less

The absolute best experience at a hotel I have been to. The employees were very helpful and so nice. Everyone I spoke with with was excited to help with whatever request I had. Guzman is the best. I may be spelling his name wrong but anything I requested he had for me within the hour. The hotel was beautiful and would recommend to anyone for… Read more

Cant begin to say how awful our stay was for almost $500/night. The place is run down, hardly renovated, elevators that get stuck or do not work and false promises. So very disappointed. Erick at the front desk wanted to charge almost 600 then went down to 350 ocean view so of course took care of him with 100 and he places us at first in a dirty room with chocolate on floor and no ocean view. He moved us and second room had hair over bathroom floor, no cups for coffee, filthy windows and nothing special for 350 plus taxes and resort fee that we never used what they consider a resort to bring it up to almost 500 needless to say we left after 12 hours. The black rats running out front was enough for us as well as the roaches and management could've cared ledd So disappointed not up to Hilton standards at all. Save your money. Read less
