Jean- Eddie were nothing short of amazing. Once we arrived, he made me 4 year old son feel so welcomed. Jean-Eddie were very professional, polite, great experience on arrival and throughout our stay. My son kept asking for Jean-Eddie and one they made contact, they conversed like old friends. This was the best part. Great people, very personable.… Read more

You can get items from Nobu, which was an added bonus, the pool and beach are equally nice. Highly recommended. Read less

I had an absolutely terrible experience at Eden Rock Hotel in Miami. Despite our check-in time being at 10 am, we were not checked in until 1 pm, even though we arrived at the hotel well in advance. I had an absolutely terrible experience at Eden Rock Hotel in Miami. Despite our check-in time being at 10 am, we were not checked in until 1 pm, even though we arrived at the hotel well in advance. This delay caused us significant inconvenience as we had to leave immediately for a flight at 1 pm. To make matters worse, the management showed no concern for me and my family throughout the ordeal. We witnessed other guests, who arrived hours after us, being checked in ahead of us without any explanation. The complete lack of professionalism and empathy from the staff was appalling. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a hassle-free stay in Miami. Read less
