I highly recommend this resort if it's affordable to you! I reserved a prime corner oceanfront room to celebrate my wife's 50th birthday and the room views were breathtaking! The lagoon was an okay beach substitute but it's only a 30 mins drive from the resort to some of the best beaches I've ever seen... and I'm a beach snob. Breakfast buffet is a must try! Read less

Incredible ocean view room where we experienced some of the best Hawaii sunsets. Service was incredibly fast and our room was beautiful and well cared for. A favorite part for us was the adult infinity pool - worth getting down early for a seat, but really there isn’t a bad seat there. Food was fantastic by the pool and service was very attentive without being intrusive. I don’t think there is a better view from a pool in Hawaii. Definitely try the breakfast at least once. Dinner at Noe was a great experience and I wish we would have gone back a second time during our visit. The only thing I worried about before booking was the reviews on the beach being shared with the Disney resort next door. While close to Disney, the beach didn’t feel crowded or noisy, the staff did a good job of making sure the area in front of the hotel was for Four Seasons guests - we had absolutely no problems. Much more to explore next time we are here, the spa seemed nice, but didn’t get there. Wonderful experience, we will be back! Read less

The only word they know here is YES! Review of Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina Reviewed 2 days ago After spending a week next door at Disney’s Aulani with my daughter’s family, she and I moved over to the Ko Olina Four Seasons following a life-saving emergency surgery I had at Pali Momi Hospital. The Aulani was unable to extend our stay, due to it being fully booked. We have never experienced service anywhere to the degree we encountered at the Four Seasons. We booked a handicapped-accessible suite, 2626. At a time when we seriously needed help (finding a suitable place to stay during surgical recovery, hiring a rental car for the week, getting a wheelchair, etc.), the staff here was truly beyond helpful; everyone we met at this hotel went above and beyond our expectations every single day. They brought in a mini-fridge so I could eat the things the doctor prescribed in order to recover. The housekeeper to our room cleaned the parts of the suite in the public spaces and, at my request, left me to rest in my room. She was so friendly and kind that it was wonderful to greet her each day. We needed a Keurig coffee machine, and we received extra decaf coffee pods, Peet’s, plus regular Starbucks for my daughter. When I had hospital visits, the staff at the front door were friendly, helpful, and polite. They opened doors to the car, helped me with the wheelchair, and gave us bottles of water. When it mattered the most, they took care of every small detail—and all with warm smiles and sincere good wishes. While I recovered, my daughter, a busy judge who had to extend her vacation to help care for me, took full advantage of the exceptional amenities at this luxurious hotel—the spa for a facial and later for hair care (our suite had the same Dyson hair dryer she uses at home) and purchased one of the plush spa robes to remember the decadent, pampering experiences, swam in the gorgeous infinity pool—my surgeon told us that it’s “the prettiest pool on the island,” took a hiking trip to see the WWII pill boxes on the mountains, booked several private tennis and pickleball lessons, and enjoyed a trip accompanied by spinner dolphins and sea turtles on the hotel’s outrigger canoe. She and her husband had come over earlier to the Four Seasons while staying at the Aulani to savor a luxurious dinner by the sea. The week she and I stayed here, she had wonderful club sandwiches and lobster rolls by the pool. We had two very large and well-appointed shady, private decks that included a dining table and chairs as well as multiple comfy lounges. Our view from the living room was 180 degrees of pristine, private beach and the Pacific Ocean. From my bedroom, I had a beautiful view of the lush, green hills surrounding Ko Olina. Neither of us will ever forget the exceptional service, kindness, and help we received here. I’ve already told my son and his family that they need to visit this very special Four Seasons soon. Yes, take the little ones to the Aulani for the Character Breakfast and the luau, but stay at the Four Seasons—it’s in a class all by itself. Read less

While the staff at the Four Seasons in Honolulu are exceptional and the property itself is beautiful and well-maintained, the quality of the food is unfortunately subpar. Despite its exclusive reputation, nearly every meal had issues, even something as simple as French fries was over-fried and had to be sent back. For a resort of this caliber, the poor quality of the food is quite embarrassing. However, if you’re looking for a great location with plenty of family-friendly activities, this resort is ideal. But if you expect the dining experience to match the high prices, you will be disappointed. The management seriously needs to reevaluate their food and beverage approach. They might benefit from sampling the food at the local retail park, which offers a far superior dining experience. This disparity in quality speaks volumes. Read less
