We try to visit this resort every year. It feels like home from the minute we get out of the car. The front entrance staff are all friendly and helpful. My days all start at Hokule’a and the entire staff was very friendly and made us feel like family. Most of our time was spent by the pool and beach, and the staff members there really seemed to go out of their way to make sure our trip was great. My wife and I both enjoy finding out about the people who work there. As much as we enjoy the facilities, it is the staff that makes it a true Four Seasons experience and makes it our annual vacation home. We ate at all three restaurants, as well as pool side and were never disappointed. I highly recommend this resort. One bit of advise, please remember, the staff is there to serve you, not to be your servants. They are amazing people. Read less

Excellent rooms, super fast elevators, lots of space and pools. Luxury hotel and services. Beautiful property. The adult pool is a very good place to spend time, there is great service, food and drink available and a great view of the pacific.

If one is looking for a five-star resort on the island of Oahu, this is an exceptional and thoughtful property. The staff is warm and accommodating, and make every effort to ensure that you are comfortable and are enjoying your stay. When we checked-in, the front desk was proactive in showing us how our certain credit card benefits were being applied, which was refreshing, since we did not have inquire later. The guest experience when making reservations at property restaurants or the spa was easy and relatively frictionless. The pool and beach service was attentive, timely, and pleasant. The resort grounds were meticulously manicured and clean. The rooms were well-appointed and very comfortable. The staff was excellent in personalizing our stay. This property also does a wonderful job of accommodating young families with room amenities, dining, and pool/beach service, while not compromising the calm and relaxing atmosphere of the resort. The golf was very good and breakfast was off the charts. We liked going through the Disney hotel for a short visit and had a great snck there. We did not stop by the Marriott timeshares but imagine they are similar fare appropriatly priced. So, I would say this hotel was in stark contrast to something like Hualalai and was not our cup of tea. But, you can't give the place a bad rating. Most places can't hold a candle. Next review RC Kapalua gets the 5 button. Read less

This is an absolutely beautiful hotel! Our room was wonderful and the service was incredible. The prices were what is expected at a Four Seasons. The beaches outside of the property were super cool. There were always seals and turtles out there. Beautiful property.
