Hampton by Hilton is in a good location for locals who want a break from the hustle and bustle from Dubai and the city life itself However, be mindful for people who have come on a vacation this area is very limited and there isn't anything to do around the area only a local transfer bus (free) to a very small shopping centre and also people who are able to book days out for you so your need to do your research whether you are looking for a chilled holiday or things to do so you don't come disappointed. The hotel is lovely and has a beautiful beach leading off the hotel so that you can choose if you'd like a pool day or a beach day, my family loved both and was so nice to have the shade over the pool at around 3pm as we could hold our baby and allow her to not have a hat (she loved this)! The pool can get overcrowded but you learn to deal with it and it's not actually that bad so if this is to much for you, you then can go to the beach where there is ample of space and sun loungers! ☀️ The staff are amazing and go above & beyond and , was extremely friendly with my little baby girl always going out of their way to come and say hello and asked if we needed anything. 🫶🏽 Hampton by Hilton should be extremely honoured to have such an incredible team who have to work super hard day in and day out the staff are incredible and are extremely amazing at what they do! They always have a smile on their faces even when you can see their jobs are not easy at all so for these people below they have made our stay perfect! So big shout out to... - Thet - (Bar) - Kabita (Flavours) - Rovel - (front of house) - habiba - (flavour) - Nadar - (excursions) - Sahajalal - (house keeper floor 8) - Mai - (front of flavours) - Ashla - sushi restaurant - ALL HUB STAFF & Gita Hampton by Hilton things they need to improve on. The children's (HUB) 1. Safety of the children in the (HUB) it's a free flaw to all parents and I completely get that! but, parents are in there not even watching their own children just fixated on their mobile phone, And the poor staff members are dealing with their children causing excess stress they do not need!! if parents can't watch them inside the (HUB) then they shouldn't be allowed in! Also, the safety and welfare of the children it needs more structure and organisation the staff are over ran by the amount of children and I believe it should be more of a ratio base e.g, certain amount of children to staff within ages! 2. The amount of children allowed in the soft play needs to be timed as older children come inside & almost stand on small babies and I find as a mum I'd be trying to step in and naturally help the staff as the children are out of control! Maybe doing a time system so they are able to visually see how long each group have in the soft play?? 🤷🏼‍♀️ 3. The (HUB staff) are incredible and so friendly Gita is so warm and friendly also the whole team are great!! (Sorry I don't know all your names) Hotel transport- Hampton have a bus owned by the hotel that takes you for free to the very small mall. but for the sake of charging people a little bit of money they should offer further transfers and would make the hotel money by charging a small fee for a bigger mall further up the road. Evening entertainment- The evening entertainment is very poor, there is a singer and occasionally a man on a saxophone I think for having nothing surrounding the hotel the entertainment needs to be improved as the guest rely on this & it's very flat and dull which then can make you want to go to your room because it becomes very boring! The management need to utilise the space that they have within the hotel because having everyone in the front reception makes the hotel look very untidy & messy and there is so much wasted space that they could use to create a good location for the entertainment. Russian people- The staff cater for more than half the population of guest in this hotel for Russian people, I honestly can not believe how rude and arrogant these people are they will jump the Que and barge In front of you! They have absolutely no MANNERS what so ever and really do give a bad name for themselves. The staff could do with some additional training also to help deal with certain situations as I feel they put up with the rudeness of these guest also (most of them) Excursions expenses - If you are wanting to visit Dubai I'd advice you don't go by taxi and just pay for a tour guide for the day as it works out much cheaper and you have him for 10/12hrs working out £140/£160 English pounds depending where you want to go. Claw bar - I think it's crazy you have to spend a certain amount in the claw bar to watch the football this should be changed as some family member may only come here with minimal funds and this doesn't seem fair at all. I visited the hotel for a family holiday from the UK at the end of June 2024 for 17 nights. Two adults and three children. I’d read the negative reviews before arriving but I can honestly say it’s the best family holiday I have been on. The hotel, staff and food are all excellent. The staff can’t do enough for you. The hotel is spotless and rooms cleaned everyday. The pool is slightly on the small side but there are always beds available. The beach is just down a walkway also, so more than enough sun beds to accommodate all of the guests. The guests are mainly Russian and were friendly although they could have been nicer to the serving staff at both the bars and in the restaurant. It is a family friendly all inclusive hotel, so there are children in large numbers in the pool and lobby but it was not an issue regarding them running around or bad behaviour. The only thing is the lack of a space for evening entertainment and the lack of local options for evening entertainment. Everyone congregates in the hotel lobby to listen to and watch the evening entertainment. I would definitely recommend this hotel and we are going to book up for summer 2025! Read less
