Here’s the revised review with that detail added: “I booked a partial ocean view room for our wedding anniversary and even mentioned this to the hotel, hoping they might make an extra effort or provide a nice room. Instead, we were given a room overlooking the roof of another building. When I went back to request a different room, the staff agreed but told us we’d have to wait until 4 p.m., even though other guests arriving after us were given rooms immediately. This left us feeling as though we were treated unfairly, possibly due to my wife wearing a hijab. Once we finally got settled, the rest of our stay was further disrupted by a wedding at the hotel, with loud music and rowdy guests right under our window until midnight. Overall, it was a disappointing experience on what should have been a special occasion.” Read less

My husband and I stayed for two nights with our 16 year old daughter and my sister in law. We had a two bedroom suite which was great for the 4 of us (a king bed in one room and two queens in the other, plus a lounge area), and had fabulous views of the gorgeous beach! However, we arrived at about 1430 and were told the room wasn't yet ready (fine as 1600 is the stated check-in time) so we were advised to grab some lunch whilst we were waiting - having driven from Miami this suited us fine, but by 1600 it still wasn't ready... eventually it was ready at 1630 and we were offered a $100 credit for the inconvenience. This was appreciated (and put to good use) but it really shouldn't have taken so long! The in-room facilities (coffee etc) feel quite basic for the cost we'd paid for the room (over $1000 for two nights). The beach is lovely and whilst the beds are free for hotel guests, they're old and tatty (as are the towels) and the beach staff (an outside company, I understand) expect to be tipped simply for showing you to a free bed/parasol! The Gulf Buggy mobile bar though is great! Overall a lovely stay and a nice hotel, but there are some details that could be improved! Read less

The facilities were absolutely top-notch, from the stunning pool area to the pristine beach, not to mention the luxurious spa and other amenities that made our experience special. From the start, we were warmly welcomed by Ana, who greeted us with a polite voice and a bright smile—such a nice way to kick off our stay. A highlight was Trishia, our wonderful bartender on the beach golf cart, who made relaxing by the water even better with her friendly service and delicious drinks. If you’re looking for a peaceful, relaxing place to stay, this resort is it. We couldn’t have been happier with our experience, and we’ll definitely be back! Read less

Great hotel stay with family & friends! Max at check in was very welcoming & informative about the substantial benefits offered at the Hilton Marco Island. Rooms were large & very clean! Pool was beautiful. Restaurant was very nice with great food & service. Beach was beautiful. Walked south with the kids in tow. Witnessed a very tiny octopus on the beach making its way back to the Gulf. Found amazing shelling at the end of South Beach. We walked away with many new treasures to remember our great stay at the Hilton Marco Island. Read less

I actually went in April 2023 and that was not an option to put so ignore that! Anyway, this place was great I loved it. Very big, great restaurants, and great service. I don't know if Eddie is still there but he was the best #shoutouteddie. The only thing I would say is the hot tub was always closed so early and when I tried to go in some lady… Read more

I don't know if Eddie is still there but he was the best #shoutouteddie. The only thing I would say is the hot tub was always closed so early and when I tried to go in some lady yelled at me which is a bummer because after dinner is when people want to get in. Walking distance to food and shopping areas. Overall I had a great stay. Read less
