Amazing amazingly service by Brad. The whole staff was super nice. But Brad went out his way to take care of us. Overall loved this hotel. I have stayed twice in 1 month and going again bc of the people that work there. Very clean. Food good. But the people that work here are super nice and go out their way to help us.

I called about the A/C leaking in my room and the carpet was very wet and was told that it was just condensation and was normal. Later that evening I mentioned it to the front desk after speaking with my A/C guy who told me it’s not normal. I called about the A/C leaking in my room and the carpet was very wet and was told that it was just condensation and was normal. Later that evening I mentioned it to the front desk after speaking with my A/C guy who told me it’s not normal. The front desk person was very nice and told me they would have someone take a look in the morning. No one looked at it that day so I spoke to the front desk person that was working late afternoon / again very nice and apologetic and switched us to the next room over. We had friends in the area that met us for dinner at the hotel. They were waiting for us in the lobby where water was dripping from the ceiling on one of our friends… I mentioned this to the front desk person who again apologized and said they would get maintenance to look into it. All I thought about is how dangerous it is to have water leaks throughout the Hotel and how dangerous it can be - especially around electricity. The next morning (5am and 5:30am) there were 2 fire alarms that went off… I just got the feeling they don’t care and don’t maintain the hotel properly. It’s ashame. Read less

The staff here is amazing! I would like to compliment Shpresa, the concierge. She is a lovely person and so kind and helpful. I have stayed at several hotels in Naples and this one is my favorite! They have bicycle rentals and valet service, bell service. The pool is also very nice.

Spent our Anniversary weekend with you and enjoyed every minute from our Breakfast at Shula's server Mckenzie she was so attentive and we called her our sunshine because she had such a lovely smile and personality and to Michael at the pool who gave us ideas for dinner and both places were amazing and when we told him we were going to see the sunset at Clam Pass Beach he told us to be careful about the mosquitoes during that time frame.
