The hotel

Set along State Road A1A, just across the street from Las Olas Beach, and 100 yards from International Swimming Hall of Fame. Transfer time from Miami International Airport: approximately 35 mins.

Oceanfront rooms feature panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, with either 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 people. 

Ocean View Balcony rooms feature side views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway from the private balcony, with either 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 people.

Premium Balcony Oceanfront Rooms feature panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean from the private balcony, with either 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 people. 

Maren Suites feature a fully furnished sun deck with panoramic ocean views, a separate living room, and bedroom with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 people. 

Riviera by Fabio Viviani (signature Italian restaurant with ocean views, open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as weekend brunch). Acqua Pool Bar.

Great stay! Lovely property Yoga Instructor 🧘‍♀️ very good. And associate James is an awesome guide check him out while visiting. Would stay again hands down! Only thing I would suggest make the beach umbrella complimentary for 2 hours at least...

Walls, the beach attendant was awesome. Very helpful and friendly during our visit. Always made sure to check on us and never hovered too long. He made our beach time vet pleasing. Chakira at the front desk and Alfredo at the bar were so pleasant and we’ve already decided to come back as soon as we can.

Amazing experience. The hotel is beautiful, so clean and everyone we came into contact with was friendly and helpful. We checked in early with Javier at the front desk. He was so great and gave us info about the hotel and the neighborhood. We had both breakfast and lunch while we were there (think… we have to use those vouchers!) but the food was very good and the service was amazing. Everyone from the beach attendant, to our servers, bellhops and valet this hotel deserves a 5/5 on staff. We were upgraded to an ocean balcony room (do yourself a favor and score this if you can) with a small balcony and two chairs. We were able to watch the sunset and sit outside for long periods of time. We only stayed 2 nights but housekeeping even tried to tidy our room in between. We loved this stay and thank you all for taking such great care of us! Read less

Sadly, this hotel has changed for the worse since our last trip. We went here in 2021 and it was pretty nice. We returned this year to complete a two part vacation and this hotel was a mess. We arrived to a dead bug and water bottle caps on our deck. The plug on the side table, the light over bed, the light over sink by the coffee maker were all not working. We didn't call it in since we were only staying two days and didn't want the hassle. Drink voucher 'rules' have changed...it is not a signature cocktail anymore, its a vodka and mix only. So you are out of luck if you don't like vodka and if you want an extra mix (orange juice was a no no). There was some kind of A/C condensation issue in the lobby where I got blessed with droplets on our way out to dinner. The beach chairs were covered in sand when we just arrived, so no one even bothers to wipe them off for guests. The beach itself was dirty near our chairs, straws and water bottle caps around the chairs. It must be under new management because it was like a glorified holiday Inn with nice ocean views. Not the hotel's fault but the area is under WAY too much construction. The building on the right next door had constant clanging and beeping, and they are building a child's activity park of some sort on the left of the hotel. So lots and lots of trucks, noise and drilling. It was not a relaxing experience what so ever! Read less
