My husband and I celebrated our 8th anniversary there recently. This was 2nd time visiting and we enjoyed it even more this time around.. the food is amazing… very very delicious! The hotel is very clean and well kept! The staff is mannerable and friendly! Our stay was very memorable and we definitely return❤️❤️❤️

First red flag about this property is not being able to contact anyone via customer service about the stay. Front desk member provided me and invalid email address. I called Jewel grande online reservation team, they also gave me an invalid email. The “Contact US” portal don’t work and So outdated. I could go on about my stay. Staff is not hospitable, housekeeping stole my necklace and left the charm on the nightstand. Staff is unprofessional and spreads gossip around resort. If you don’t tip they won’t look your way. But just save yourself issues that can’t be resolved, just don’t book this resort. It’s not worth it. Read less

We enjoyed the Italian restaurant a lot too. No cutting corners here. The rooms were large and well equipped. The cleaners were top notch. Our ocean view room was a dream.
