Jumeirah Al Naseem

We have just left Jumeirah Al Naseem after an 8-night stay. This was our fifth visit to this resort, and it certainly won't be the last. People often ask why we keep coming back. The simple answer is the impeccable service. The Jumeirah Al Naseem staff are respectful, always smiling, and nothing is ever too much trouble. From the team that welcomes you upon arrival, to the Palmery breakfast buffet team, the hands-on pool team, lifeguards, and turn down service—everything is immaculately taken care of. There's so much happening behind the scenes to make our stay seamless, which we truly appreciate. The views of the Burj are magnificent, and there's a wonderful choice of Jumeirah restaurants, including Italian, Chinese, South American, and Lebanese. The hotel is luxurious yet pleasing for kids too. The pool has different sections, so you never get bored of the views. There are also baby and toddler pools, as well as an adult pool. My son, 13, and daughter, 10, would gladly walk to the kids club to play FIFA football and get some time away from the sun or take a short buggy ride to another Jumeirah resort pool. My husband and I would like to extend a special thanks to Bosco, who welcomes us as we step out of the taxi every year in his warm and wonderful way. Sathiya, the pool manager; Rasal; Bharat the bartender; and the whole team of lifeguards made our trip so relaxing. We dipped in the cool pool, and they waited on us hand and foot in the heat, always keeping their cool! Jeewan, our friendly buffet waiter, served with a smile. Emad and Jagdish arranged a lovely goodbye with fruit and a message saying "see you soon," as well as giving my daughter a cuddly Jumeirah turtle as we said our goodbyes. Sarra and the egg station team made the most delicious omelette! Hare Krishna at the avocado station, and the gentleman at the fruit station (I forget his name), always had fresh fruit prepared and at hand. Pradeep, the security gentleman, remembered us from our previous stay. We watched three Euro games at the Jumeirah Beach Hotel, and we were taken care of so well by Marouan, the manager, as well as Mina Michael, who was a great waiter. Despite being busy, Mina always welcomed my husband and me wonderfully each time! The lady at Mina Salam Zheng He's was so lovely and polite! Bright at the gym was truly bright, and Andy, the porter, was very helpful. A special thanks to Mansoor at the kids club. We have seen him many times over the years, and he is consistently brilliant. Kieran can't wait to come back and play football in the newly refurbished area. There are so many people we wish to thank. The staff at Jumeirah Al Naseem are what make our trip so wonderful and memorable. If you want to go somewhere relaxing, expect 5-star-plus service and attention to detail, and return home feeling refreshed, don't hesitate to book Jumeirah Al Naseem. It will never disappoint! It was a magical moment in my life to experience luxury differently. I have tried Luxary in many countries, but honestly, DUBAI is the best so far, and among the JUMEIRAs, it's Al Naseem that I will truly keep on repeating. More than the amenities it's the customer service that will keep you coming back. My birthday was made special by the manager of the executive lounge… I wish to meet her again and again in all my stays in JUMEIRAH. She truly made my 36th birthday memorable. Actually, the other manager is also really good. She made our stay worthwhile too and assisted us in all our needs. She was also doing all the chores herself and not just pushing her staff around. We arrived early in the morning (11 am ) and received a lovely warm welcom , I been many beach clubs in Dubai but this kalsa beach is unique ,incredible service by Raj,Bandi ,Meenakaa from the beach ,Food is soo yummy ,good vibes on the beach and later on we move to pool area and water is so cold we loved it ,pool area staff was soo kind and always smile they made our day especially vikas ,Amir ankur ,thank you sooo much guys ,I will recommend this place 👏see you soon Read less

Absolute brilliant customer service at check In . Nura was truly amazing from the time we entered the hotel and made our check in process delightful. Even though we arrived at 0700 , we were provided two resting rooms until our rooms were ready. We were also provided breakfast as we awaited our rooms. Our rooms provided were exactly as we requested a few days earlier via email. Club Superior Ocean View rooms are superb with the most amazing view of the Burj Al Arab and the pool area. We thoroughly enjoyed the high tea set up daily at the club room. Breakfast at the Palmery was delicious with an extremely extensive variety offered .
