189 newly transformed rooms and suites on 15 floors in 3 buildings with 4 lifts. All with balcony, air-conditioning, TV with movies on demand*, CD player, mini-bar*, coffee maker, safe, hairdryer, bathrobes and iron and board. Standard Rooms offer views across Vanderbilt Bay or Gulf of Mexico with 1 king-size bed and sleeper sofa, sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. Standard Rooms may be allocated in the Bay Tower across the street from the resort.

Resort View King rooms are 600 sq ft and feature views of the resort. These rooms have 1 king-size bed and sleeper sofa, with private balcony, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 2 children.

Pool View rooms offer 450 sq ft of comfort with views of tropical landscaping and cascading pools, Featuring a private balcony and either 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Bay View King rooms are 600 sq ft and feature views of Vanderbilt Bay and the hotel's private Marina. These rooms have 1 king-size bed and sleeper sofa, with private balcony, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 2 children.

Bay Tower Junior Suites are located in the Bay tower across the street from the resort with stupendous views of Vanderbilt Bay or Gulf of Mexico. These rooms have 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Beachfront Rooms are situated in the Gulf Tower on floors 3-8 with 1 king-size bed and sleeper sofa. They are 450 sq ft, featuring private balcony with teak furniture and unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico and beachfront, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 2 children.

Premium Beachfront Rooms are situated in the Gulf Tower on floors 9-15, with sweeping aerial views of the Gulf of Mexico. They are 450 sq ft, with whirlpool jetted bathtub, private balcony, 1 king-size bed and queen-size sleeper sofa, sleeping maximum 3 adults. 

Premium Beachfront Beach House rooms are located on floors 2-4 with direct views of the Gulf of Mexico from the balcony. They are 450 sq ft, with 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Beach House Lanai rooms are 450 sq ft ground floor rooms with direct access to the beach from the terrace. These have either 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

We enjoyed getting back to Naples since prior to the hurricane. La Playa offered a great value during the off season with a per night rate far below previous experience to attract guests back to the area. We were pleased with the "linger longer" package and related $100/day credit for incidentals. We stayed in the Beach House on the 4th floor and enjoyed our room very much. Colton and the crew on the beach work their butts off for guests as do the folks at the tiki bar - on July 4th we watched the crew non-stop for 90 minutes and they hustled. While I prefer an adults only property, LaPlaya caters to all with a good mix of facilities and programs for both kids and adults. With easy valet, multiple pools, private beach, on site spa, fitness and dining this really is a wonderful "fly and flop" option in beautiful Naples! Read less

Took my children and grandchildren to this beautiful resort, Theresa Shaw assisted us and was amazing and incredibly helpful. The whole family really enjoyed it, can definitely recommend visiting this beautiful resort in Naples, Florida.

My husband, two daughters and I spent two wonderful nights at La Playa. Everything was excellent from the moment we arrived. We were upgraded to a beachfront room, with a spacious balcony and beautiful view of the beach. The room was spacious with all the amenities needed. We had dinner and breakfast at Baleen and the food and ambiance were excellent, the risotto was delicious. Our server Angelin was great and detailed while informing us of their specials. Kevin, Director of F&B was great and made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. Our daughters enjoyed the pool, beach and making s’mores on the beachside fire pits while we enjoyed the breathtaking sunset views. Justin and Chase set us up quickly on the beach with loungers, towels and umbrellas while Ernesto made sure we had any food and drinks we needed. We are already planning our return and hope to take our family. See you all again soon! Read less

We recently had occasion to stay at the La Playa on Vanderbilt Beach and it exceeded our expectations. We had a ground level room with our own patio with a fire pit and lovely neighbors on either side. The room was well appointed and the beds were so comfortable we did not want to get up! Everything was immaculate and everyone was pleasant. The weather cooperated 100% and our vacation was a smashing success. We are already booking for next year and can hardly wait. We will also be staying a little bit longer. I had several questions for the concierge before we arrived, and Carlos was well informed and gave us many suggestions which were very helpful. We do not live far away from Naples so this was a stay vacation and I have every intention of doing it every year as long as I am able.
