Views that are unmatched on the island coupled with service that is the same. We expected beautiful scenery we just underestimated how wonderful the experience would be while enjoying it. It felt as if we were always the priority at the resort. Truly an amazing experience.

My husband and I just returned from THE MOST extraordinary stay at Ladera Resort, and words scarcely do justice to the magic of our experience. From the moment we arrived, greeted warmly by Yvette and Theo, to the bittersweet goodbye at the end of our stay, everything about Ladera was perfection. We stayed in the Le Petit Fleur suite, and it was beyond anything we could have imagined. The open-air design with its private plunge pool overlooking the iconic Pitons left us in awe every single day. It was luxurious, romantic, and utterly unique—an accommodation experience we will cherish forever. Le Petit Fleur is one of two unusual accommodations at Ladera, with its enclosed glass walls and air conditioning, and this time of year, we were especially grateful to be able to close off our room to the late night storms. I highly recommend this suite for anyone who wants the best of Ladera (the open walls, incredible views, private pool), but also prefers a few creature comforts. The culinary delights at Dasheene Restaurant were unmatched. Every meal was an artful masterpiece, but our final dinner was a revelation. My husband and I both agree it was THE best meal of our lives thus far. Special thanks to Leah, whose attention to detail and passion for hospitality elevated every dining moment, and Lee, who greeted us with warmth and grace each evening. The activities offered by Ladera were perfectly curated, providing a seamless blend of adventure and culture. The Thursday Night Fish Fry was a lively, authentic experience, the mud baths were rejuvenating (shout out to our AMAZING driver Mike!), and the sunset cruise was breathtaking and so fun. But the highlight of our adventures was the Gros Piton hike, an incredibly challenging yet rewarding climb that we’ll never forget. A hidden gem of Ladera is the Hideaway Rum Bar. I can’t recommend the Rum Old Fashion enough—it’s a drink I will never, ever forget. Kudos to Jermie, whose craftsmanship and hospitality made each visit to the bar a special occasion. The service at Ladera is unparalleled. Every single staff member went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Our butlers—Devonte, Rohan and Theo—attended to every detail with such genuine care and attention that we felt like royalty. Swithie and Tanisha at the front desk were warm and endlessly helpful, and Vilma kept our suite pristine with such thoughtful touches. We were even lucky enough to meet Lincoln, whose dedication to the resort’s lush landscaping makes Ladera feel like a slice of paradise. Mike, our aforementioned driver for the Soufrière excursions, made our trips effortless and enjoyable. Lastly, a special mention to Mariska, who made every breakfast and lunch a delight, and to Anson, whose yoga sessions were the perfect way to both center and stretch ourselves amid all the beauty around us. If you’re considering Ladera Resort, don’t hesitate—it’s a once-in-a-lifetime experience that will exceed your wildest dreams. We WILL be back! Read less
