Some of the people that made our experience so special are:
Israel in the reception, finding the best room for our wants and needs.
Manuel at the Kakao cafe, knew how we wanted our coffee and decorated my coffee with bears, that made me smile.
Restaurants and the servers that made a difference and found the way to get anything we wanted.
Yama Alberto brought my husband Macallan that is only served at the main bar and Cavo and to please me he arranged getting desserts from Bella.
Lumiere - Carlos Dias is the best! Impressed us with his knowledge and etiquette. He made us feel in France and the food was delicious.
Blanc lunch time Bethsaida and Luis Alberto ran the extra mile and even packed us pastries to take to the airport.
Terraza breakfast Yesenia was so nice and offered great service.
Beach and pool
Fernando made me feel like a queen the moment I touched the sand, he was right there asking me where do I want to seat and prepared my chairs with towels and iced water every morning. While Emanuel took care of the food and the drinks at the beach. He paid attention when we were at the beach, as we came back to our chairs he had fresh drinks ready waiting for us. Cesar Eduardo made it fun in the back pool.
At the main bar Magiver asked questions to understand what I like and made me a Bay Breeze, it was so good and pretty drink.
The Butlers
All the butlers we interacted with were amazing. Billy Joel and Rodrigo, thank you for preparing the aromatherapy, the jacuzzi and for my birthday surprise. They were checking on us all the time, making our reservations and creating experiences for us.
