What an incredible holiday myself, husband and 2.5 year old little girl just had. From the fantastic staff to the incrediable dinning experience, pools, beech and water sports, we were never left wondering what to do. There has to be special mentions to the amazing team in the latest recipe restaurant. The food was wonderful and Sunita and Rupresh were absolutely amazing looking after us. So attentive and brilliant with our daughter. The pool team were also amazing. The lifeguards were kind and really looked after the children in the pool and the pool staff were Great. Thank you to Beth, Lynn, Deepu, Mahesh and Anto who are fabulous. All in all it was perfect destination. It was near enough to the hustle and bustle of the town but far enough away that we felt like we were in the middle of no where (although the high rise buildings around us reminded us where we were and were super surreal and wonderful). All the restaurants served the most delicious food and there was something different every night. The room was cleaned every day with my daughter excited to see what creation would be made that day from the towels (we had Sting rays, dolly and monkey etc). Rajib did a great job. All in all, we had the most amazing time and would absolutely come again. Thank you to all for making it so special. Read less
Image of the Tripadvisor rating A Memorable Return to Le Meridien Mina Seyahi with Some Ups and Downs

We recently returned to Le Meridien Mina Seyahi Resort and Waterpark for our second stay, choosing it once again to celebrate a special occasion—a testament to the wonderful experience we had last year. This time, however, our visit began on a challenging note, though it ultimately turned into a memorable stay, thanks to the hotel’s dedicated staff. Prior to our arrival, I had a reassuring exchange with the hotel via email, reconfirming our booking and making special requests for this celebratory trip. The communication was courteous, efficient, and set high expectations for a seamless experience. Unfortunately, upon arrival, the check-in process did not go as smoothly as anticipated. Despite arriving well after the guaranteed check-in time, we faced a delay of over an hour and were initially urged to accept a "complimentary upgrade" to the neighboring W Dubai due to overbooking. While this was positioned as a gesture of goodwill, it became clear that it was more of a necessity due to capacity limitations. As a family looking forward to the familiar amenities and atmosphere of Le Meridien, this was quite disappointing. Thankfully, our concerns were addressed promptly by Duty Manager Ozzy, whose professionalism and genuine care turned the situation around. Her efforts in resolving the issue and ensuring our comfort made a significant impact. As a gesture of goodwill, we were treated to a delightful complimentary meal, complete with thoughtful anniversary decorations that added a special touch to our stay. Ozzy’s dedication truly exemplified the hospitality we had come to expect from Le Meridien. We stayed in a Club Room with Club Lounge access. While the sea-view upgrade was appreciated, the room was slightly smaller than the one we enjoyed last year on a higher floor. The room was comfortable, though it could benefit from some modern updates to align with Dubai’s evolving luxury standards. The delayed arrival of the child’s bed was a minor inconvenience, but we managed to adjust the room setup to make it work for our family. Overall, while the accommodations were functional, they fell slightly short of our previous experience. One of the highlights of our stay was the dining experience. With our half-board package, we appreciated the flexibility to choose between lunch or dinner. Breakfast in the Club Lounge was convenient, though the impressive spread in the main restaurant often drew us there. Afternoon tea and evening canapés in the lounge were pleasant, although the selection could have offered more variety, particularly for children. Despite the busier atmosphere this year, the service remained consistently excellent. The complimentary à la carte meal we received as part of the recovery effort was superb, showcasing the hotel’s commitment to quality dining. The buffet restaurants at both Le Meridien and the Westin Dubai offered a wide selection, though the options became repetitive after a few days. The waterpark remains a standout feature for families, offering unparalleled convenience as it is just steps away from the main hotel pool. While it may not match the scale of other waterparks in Dubai, its accessibility is a major advantage. Last year, our then 4-year-old son thoroughly enjoyed the facilities. However, this year, as a taller and more adventurous 5-year-old, he found himself in an awkward middle ground—too small for some slides, yet too big for others. Still, the waterpark’s safe and contained environment allowed us to relax and enjoy daily visits. The main pool, children’s pool, and private beach were well-maintained and provided ample space for relaxation. The attentive lifeguards around the pool were a reassuring presence, especially with young children in tow. Throughout our stay, the service was generally good, particularly in the Club Lounge and from housekeeping, which added thoughtful touches like towel animals that delighted our son. However, the initial experience with the reception team left a lingering disappointment, as their approach lacked the transparency we had expected. We did not utilise the kids' club this time, though based on our experience last year, it remains a solid option for families with younger children, offering soft play, role play areas, and organized activities. My Final Thoughts Le Meridien Mina Seyahi continues to be a really strong option for families, with its convenient location, family-friendly amenities, and attentive staff. However, there is room for improvement, particularly in managing guest expectations at check-in and maintaining a consistent standard across the board. The accessibility of the waterpark and the excellent service in the Club Lounge remain highlights, but the initial missteps in communication and transparency affected our overall impression. Would we return? That remains a difficult question. Ozzy’s exceptional recovery efforts restored our faith in the hotel group, Le Meridien, and demonstrated their commitment to guest satisfaction. However, we would hope for a more seamless experience if we were to consider staying here again. Read less

A great location and nice facilities. The heart of the hotel is the people. My big appreciation to vinoth Antony who took care of my colleagues and I every time we needed to go around Dubai. He not only recommended great places to go to, but also made sure we won’t be scammed by taxi drivers. The room was always a joy to come back to because of Subin, the best housekeeper I ever met. A very nice and friendly man who tidies the room to perfection. He also made the most entertaining and beautiful pets using towels. It was always exciting to come to the room and see a new “friend”. The pool crew is another great point at this hotel. Very friendly and fun guys, that do their job perfectly. Read less
Image of the Tripadvisor rating French dinner on Saturday night

The dinner was amazing, Aravinth was very helpful and created a great atmosphere for the dinner. We attended the French dinner which they host every Saturday, the oysters and cheese selection were off the charts. Very cosy atmosphere at a very affordable price, especially as per Dubai standards
