The hotel is fairly new (opened in 2022). It is kept very clean and in immaculate condition. All staff are very warm and always greeting with a smile. Particularly, the housekeeping staff go above and beyond! Shout out to Zubair and Nazma who looked after us and kept asking us if we needed anything or if there is anything required, to let them know! They even surprised our kids with travel kit amenity—-which was a great gesture. My kids loved it! Not only that, they would genuinely take their time and make sure room was clean and fresh. My only con was the restaurant checkin staff—- I have a half board package and for the entire time, my son was sick and didn’t really want to eat as he had a very bad stomach flu. He would accompany us to the buffet along with my two daughters. However, it felt as if staff thought we were trying to sneak my son to get free meal. I am a bonvoy gold member and I’ve never had to experience this type of ridicule. Overall, pool, restaurant, rooms, all are pretty good! Read less

We spent 4 days here and it was amazing all the staff were fantastic we had breakfast and dinner in the buffet everyday the head chief Deepen and his staff were next to none treated us like kings thank you all for our wonderful memories I would totally recommend this Resort

My family and I spent 9 nights at the new Marriott resort on Palm Jumeirah, and it was an incredible experience from the start. The hotel looked amazing, and we were delighted to receive an upgrade in our rooms. Anil from the concierge team played a key role in making our trip exceptional by inquiring about our food preferences and informing the restaurant staff accordingly. A huge thank you to Anil for making us feel special and catering to all our needs throughout our stay. Breakfast each morning was a highlight, thanks to Anil's coordination. The staff treated us like royalty. Tejal greeted us kindly every morning, Amit, the restaurant manager, regularly checked in to see if there was anything we needed, and Dipendra, the in-house head chef, personally ensured we were well taken care of. Dipendra, one of the nicest people I've ever met, greeted us daily and prepared breakfast exactly to our liking. Thank you, Dipendra, for your exceptional service. We'd also like to acknowledge Kenneth and Ashan from the pool area, who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Lastly, Aaron the bartender was always attentive and made our evenings pleasant. All of this exceptional service stemmed from our initial interaction with Anil from concierge, who made the rest of the hotel staff aware of our preferences.
