Only applicable from 12:00pm - 5:30pm), View 180 (drinks only, from 10:00am – 6:00pm). Alcohol consumption timings are 12:00pm – 11:00pm in all outlets.

Two Bedroom Family Rooms are two interconnecting rooms, one room features 1 king-sized bed, the other twin beds, each have their own bathroom. Sleeping maximum 4 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children.

Two Bedroom Family Sea View Suites are interconnecting rooms, between One Bedroom Sea View Suite and Premium Sea View Room, with a central living area. Sleeping maximum 4 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children.

NH Collection Premium Lounge

Available exclusively for guests staying in Premium Club Sea View Rooms, One Bedroom Club Sea View Suites and Superior One Bedroom Seaview Apartment, the Premium Lounge offers a selection of complimentary food and beverages such as tea, coffee, soft drinks, and snacks operating hours 9:00am–9:00pm. And from 4:00pm–6:00pm there will be evening drinks and canapes served in REVO Café, which will include a selection of hot and cold hors d'oeuvres, cheeses, fruits, and desserts. The drinks menu includes alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

Other room categories can enjoy access to the lounge with additional supplement charge.

NH Collection Premium Lounge from the 12th January 25

Available exclusively for the guests staying in One Bedroom Sea view Suite, Superior One Bedroom Sea View Apartments and Premium One-Bedroom Sea view apartment. All the guest are very nice especially Poe is good waitress for us❤️ we got a good movement in Revo and all the food is so delicious.We recommend to go to Revo cafe in NH collection. I like the good view in the pool, everything is perfect for me. Thank you so much NH

My sister and I stayed at NH Collection the palms in May 2024 we were extremely impressed with the hotel, we had individually traveled from uk and perth Australia we arrived at 9.30am even though check in was not until 3pm they went above and beyond to check us in before 11am Everything was perfect from the concierge to the waitress staff I have to give a special mention to some off the staff that went above and beyond this includes the staff from Revo cafe Sally (manager) Sally was a inspiration, a breath of fresh air to see her happy professional nature every day made our day Mo was also a amazing member of staff always willing to please and go above and beyond Aung phyo (chef) the food was outstanding Purna (Assistant chef) Mustafa the photographer Rayna tours ( VIP guide Abdel Mohamed ) Abdel could not do enough for my sister and I that we highly recommend him to our friends whom we had met in the hotel To which they thanked us for giving him such a glowing reference that he also went above and beyond for them we made many bookings with Abdel which were all amazing, we had nothing to worry about except enjoying the experience he took care off everything which included Dining in the sky River cruise Shark safari The edge walk The zip line over the marina Every experience went smoothly plus amazing we were half board with club room access which unfortunately we only found out we could have eaten at the Revo cafe every night instead off having to eat at the Menora restaurant which is why I only gave 4 stars as the food apart from being an array off everything you could imagine on display was all cold . We did give feedback only because the manager approached my sister seeing that we had again left our food because off it being cold he had said this is because most 2/3 off their clients are European they have to accomodate them. It was a great visit. We celebrated our anniversary and the location was beautiful with beautiful view from rooftop. The food was great. Thank you for the lovely surprise. Arti was friendly and made us happy with the surprise cake which was the best part of the dinner. And thank you for all the staff as well.

Dipendra is a very nice and polite staff member who thoroughly cleans the rooms here, I recommend him for any help you need! The room is very clean, clothes folded and bed made beautifully. Everything is spotless, overall beautiful room. I recommend!
