The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. The location was great! The hotel was rundown but was generally clean. This was a good place to spend just one night after our cruise. Overall this was a decent budget hotel to stay for a short time.
Not at all fancy, but good

Clean, basic but completely adequate for a 2-night stay, reasonably priced, in a very good location, with good service. We had a room at the front, which is a bit noisy but not intrusively so - and the other rooms are quieter. I think the big tour operators use it, particularly at the beginning or end of cruises, and I can see why

Recommend particularly if you want to be very close to Ocean Drive but not in the middle of the hustle. Get out on the boardwalk early before the heat of the day hits!
Particular thanks to Andy on reception for looking after the jacket that I carelessly left in the room when we departed

Great for a short stay

We had a two night stay here. The location is great and the owner was friendly. The room was a decent size, functional with no frills. It was clean and provided some nice toiletries. I would say ideal for a short stay and good value. They don't do breakfast but there is a super cafe attached to the hotel with a great breakfast choice. It's…

It's just across the road from the beach and close to the main Art Deco area.

Very disappointed. The hotel was very misleading to say the least. The pictures were not as shown the room was disgusting dirty, stains, cockroaches. The entire place smelled of mildew. The staff was not helpful basically front desk didnt care one bit basically told us if you dont like it you can leave. In order to get into the hotel we had to pass through a dining area of a restaurant which was very awkward and uncomfortable. We checked out 2 hours after we checked in. This was false advertising very misleading.
