Overlooking its own private beach on the peninsula of Palm Island, amidst lush manicured gardens, fountains and pools. Eight world-class PGA 18-hole golf courses are minutes away. Transfer time from Dubai International Airport: 45 minutes.

All with air-conditioning, balcony or outdoor terrace, 46” plasma TV with pay-per-view films, DVD/CD player, telephone, complimentary basic WiFi access, safe, hairdryer, iron and board (upon request). Within the Manor House: Palm Manor House Premier Room features 65–80 sq m with private balcony or garden patio, 1 king-size bed or twin-size beds, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 1 child.

Half Board includes:starter, main, dessert per person at ZEST and 101 Dining Lounge. 25% discount on the food bill on evening dinner at OORM restaurants including Olives, Tagine, Beach Bar & Grill, The Rotisserie, Eauzone, Drift, Celebrities and Tresind restaurants.

Please note: from 8th May 2024 to 7th January 2025 the hotel is extending the evening dine around to include the Two Michelin Star Restaurant - STAY by Yannick Alleno with applicable credits per guest. Palm Manor House Executive Suite features 130 sq m with separate living/dining room, outdoor terrace with dining space and loungers, separate bedroom with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 1 child.

Palm Beach Executive Suite features 130 sq m with integrated lounge/dining area, private balcony or beachfront garden patio and grand master bedroom with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 1 child.

Palm Beach Executive Suite with Pool, with private 20 sq m swimming pool, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 1 child.

Palm Manor House Grand Suite features 250 sq m with open-plan lounge/dining area, large outdoor terrace, round-the-clock service and separate bedroom with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 1 child.

Palm Beach Villas feature 325 sq m, open-plan living space with bar and dining area connected to private service kitchenette, 2 master bedrooms with king-size beds, en-suite dressing rooms and bathrooms, private swimming pool and shaded outdoor seating/dining area, sleeping maximum 4-6 adults and 2 children (up 11.99 years old).

They have Added a new pool which was my favourite spot. Also it was adults only. Only sad thing is that they close the pools at Sunset so by 7 o’clock everyone has to vacate the areas with the weather being so hot. You want to utilise it for as long as you can, so maybe they should look at changing that. The food is well presented and good. Very good service all round. Loved the O&O the Palm hotel, with one of the most spacious & luxurious rooms ( Manor House) we have stayed in. Our roon was very well furnished & equiped, with beautiful furnishings. The gardens are stunning & very well maintained, although I only spotted two rabbits. On a previous visit for dinner,back in 2022, there numerous rabbits! The main pool was lovely & peaceful most of the time and very well equipped with comfy sun loungers/beds and luxurious cabanas. Pool staff were very attentive & hardworking, regularly offering glasses of iced water, fruit teas and juices. The spa area was absolutely stunning and the spa pool is a hidden gem & perfect for peaceful solitude. The food in Zest & 101 was excellent but the menu options were a little limited; especially vegetarians. We never dined in Stay but had planned to. There were a few niggles though; we arrived early (10.30am) but our room wasn't ready. I had emailed in advance & had requested an early check in, but appreciate this is not always possible.Reception staff were not very effective in communicating what time the room would be available. Initially we were told it would be ready in 30mins, then another 5 minutes, then it would be ready soon. We were then asked if we would like to hire a cabana at a cost of 2000aed, while we waited for our room!At this stage the lovely Guest Relations Manager intervened and offered us a complimentary poolside cabana which was greatly appreciated. The cabana was very well furnished & equipped and was really very impressive. Our room was finally ready at 4.30pm; apparently there was a fault with the a/c. Unfortunately, my sister who I travelled with, was taken ill on the second day of our stay.The staff couldn't do enough and our hosts Noushad & Farzana, along with the General Manager were so helpful. The staff arranged a Dr's visit, Noushad dealt with all the prescriptions, Farzana obtained a thermometer & we were provided with room service as my sister was too ill to leave the room. Despite our holiday being spoilt, we were both so impressed by both the hotel & the staff we are returning in September. Read less

Have just returned from a birthday celebration in Dubai with my daughters and friend. We went over to the One and Only The Palm to spend the day in a Pool Cabana with pool and beach access. My husband and I go to the One and Only The Palm every year for a vacation and I wanted to treat my daughters to a day at the O&O. We were met by Anand and then Tharindu who took us down to our Cabana for the day and showed us the new pool on the beach, Sarafina. The air conditioned cabana was a welcome break from the heat and catered for everything. We had chilled drinks in the fridge, fresh fruit, shower, toilet, relaxing chairs and sofas inside and out and the use of beds next to the pool in full sun. We were looked after by all the pool staff especially Shibin and the girls had the best day. Thank you to Tharindu for looking after us so well, we all had the best day. Looking forward to seeing you all in 4 weeks when we return. Read less
