The staff and management team are very friendly and helpful. I love the restaurant located right on the beach, where you can eat and have your feet in the sand. The overall service is very good. I stayed only a few nights there, so I haven't explored the other part of the island yet, as there are plenty of activities for you to enjoy while staying at the resort. Next time, I will spare my time to explore more of the island. It's a truly paradise as its name. Read less

We stayed for 6 nights in early June 2024. Really lovely resort with professional staff. Food and drinks were great. To get to the centre of the island you will need to take one of the hotel's shuttles as you can't walk or ride a scooter due to a rocky road through the jungle that connects to the resort. Pool is great. All the actives we went on… Read more

Very friendly staff. Good selection of trips available. Accommodation very clean. You are very isolated so had to eat in resort which is reasonably priced for a resort but food is a lot cheaper on main land. Lovely private beach, unfortunately the time we stayed a lot of jellyfish.

We stayed in a jacuzzi studio for 4 nights on a luxury escapes package. The resort is older, however, we found the staff and service outstanding. The food was also delicious. The resort is hard to get to, and getting into town is only by scheduled transfer (extra cost). There is no transfer service at night, so you are limited to eating at the resort or the resort next door. We didn't find this a problem, as the food was to our liking. The beach isn't the best we have seen in Thailand, but it is in a picturesque spot. We enjoyed the relaxed ambience of the resort. We are missing our nightly cocktail with included nibbles every night. If you want an actioned, packed, busy island, this isn't for you. If you are looking for an authentic quiet island break, this could be the place. Read less
