We spent a wonderful 2 nights here at the Paradise Hotel. Everything ran smoothly from our transfer from our previous hotel to the speed boat transfer to Koh Yao island. Our room was decorated in a ‘boho’ chic manner and our room was clean and airy. The bed was comfortable and all the in room amenities provided for. The restaurant offered a good variety of dishes and breakfast was plentiful and again offered something for everyone. The staff were always polite and courteous. We were offered a complimentary 30 minute massage, which was appreciated. On hindsight I would have probably liked to have booked an additional nights stay in-order to explore outside the hotel but we wanted to chill and enjoy the beach. The only criticism I would make is like a few previous reviews is that we should have been advised in advance of our stay if the building works that were being carried out during our stay. The construction noise was a little annoying, but as we spent our time away from it relaxing on the beach it did not really disturb us a great deal. A wonderful hidden gem 💎 Read less

We wanted somewhere to spend our 20th wedding anniversary and would not have booked this had we’d known about the work. Also although the rooms were large and the bed very comfortable it was badly in need of some tic! We did ask for an upgrade but the sister resort was full. Read less

After a horrendously bumpy and bone rattling drive from the pier, which we were told is the only way to get to the hotel at the last minute, we were dropped off to find that 'Paradise' s renovating numerous rooms and building a new recpetion area. Drilling and saw cutting.contruction noises everywhere -its so bad that there's construction right next door to the only pool onsite and is blowing dust and smoke right into the pool. Not useable and totally impossible to relax. Unfortunately nothing was mentioned about the renovations when booked or in any of multiple communications from the hotel. Very bad form and we are looking to leave asap! Read less

After this we were informed about a few things we could do in the park. There was much more to explore and a kind of get together, with other guests was organised as well. Some nice snacks and drinks were offered. Everything was clean and well organised. A real treat it was. Read less
