The hotel

The oceanfront pool is also a top spot to spend your day, where you can drink in the oceanfront views with a selection of Cali inspired drinks from the poolside bar. Come sunset, head to the stylish Treehouse for a sundowner with panoramic views, before you dance your night away as some of the areas best DJ’s take to the decks. After a fun night, you’ll wake up to views of the glittering sea, as all the rooms here have at least partial ocean views from your balcony, complementing the soothing coastal hues of the rooms themselves.

250 guestrooms decorated with a coastal vibe, all with private balcony, air conditioning, WiFi access, Aarna Spa bath products, bathrobes, flip flops, mini fridge, iron and ironing board, safe, Keurig® machine with Peerless Coffee and Tea®, utility LED clock with USB power ports, and 48” Smart LED web TV.

Partial Ocean View Rooms feature limited coastal views, with either 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 people. 

Ocean View Rooms are located on the north and south sides of the resort, offering views of the Pacific Coast Highway and the Pacific Ocean, with either 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 people.

Oceanfront Guest Rooms feature unobstructed, 180 degree views of the Pacific Ocean, with either 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 people. 

Tanner’s Restaurant (contemporary coastal cuisine with ocean views from indoor and outdoor seating, open for all day dining, with daily happy hour). Treehouse Lounge (rooftop bar serving SoCal inspired drinks and light bites, with regular live DJ’s and daily happy hour). Blend Café (serving hot and cold drinks, fresh pastries and paninis, and a range of grab and go items, throughout the day). Ninth Island Pool Bar (serving poolside bites and cocktails until sunset). 

Live poolside DJ set every Saturday and Sunday from midday – 6.00pm.

Great service! Beautiful view, well appointed rooms and amenities. The housekeeping staff was fantastic! And fabulous service by Rich at Lorea! Valet service impeccable! I sat out on my ocean view balcony daily and loved every minute of our vacation!

We come here every year me and my little boy on a father and son's trip for his birthday and Rose made it the best trip ever giving us a room to see the pool thank you very much it has been an amazing experience for us and we will be back soon BEST PLACE EVER

We are locals and stayed at Paséa’ for the 4th of July. We stayed Wednesday-Saturday in a room on the 8th floor facing the pier which was a great view for the fireworks. The standard rooms are small, especially for the price, but the hotel is beautiful and you can’t beat the location. We ended up extending our stay and changed to an oceanfront… Read more
We are locals and stayed at Paséa’ for the 4th of July. We stayed Wednesday-Saturday in a room on the 8th floor facing the pier which was a great view for the fireworks. The standard rooms are small, especially for the price, but the hotel is beautiful and you can’t beat the location. We ended up extending our stay and changed to an oceanfront suite. They offered a 20% discount for mobile booking so we thought what the heck. That room was spectacular. I have not one complaint. This is a corner room off Pacific Coast Highway and partially facing the outdoor “mall” Pacific City so the noise levels are high. It has a lively bar/lounge right across from the bedroom so this may not be the best choice for young children over a busy weekend or holiday. It’s noisy but of course you can always keep the doors closed and it helps block the noise. We will definitely be back. Overall it was a great staycation. Read less
