Great bed and tub. Pool and hot tub was delightful. The staff were very accomodating and helpgful….. .. lots of shops nearby and good restaurants or coffee spots.. Kapaa town is closr by and so is Coconut Coast beach and bike path. There is a medical hospital in Lihue. Visit Lydgate family park or try golfing. Sleepy Giant is a good hike.

The safe wouldn't work for the first 3 days so we had to keep our valuables with us. The washer and dryer you need to download an app to use. I put in a load of wash thinking my credit card would work but the app wouldn't download so I have a load of wash with tide washing detergent in them and had to shake them out, still some soap in them; As I was unable to get the washer to work. Why complicate things? How much can they gouge money out of guests. 2 dollars for a box of tide. don't mind paying this, but I didn't get to use it. I ended up shaking it out of my dirty wash. Why make it so difficult?

An average place to stay

It’s an average room for a decent price. If you’re looking for fancy and upscale, this ain’t it. If you’re looking for a place to stay that’s not horrible, this will fit your needs.
No AC in bedroom, extremely outdated

There is an AC unit in the living room and a vent "connecting" the living room to the bedroom, but it did not cool the bedroom effectively. Having no AC in a bedroom in Hawai'i while paying $320 a night is just unacceptable. We would not have stayed here had we known. There is an AC unit in the living room and a vent "connecting" the living room to the bedroom, but it did not cool the bedroom effectively. My friends and I stayed in this hotel for one night before embarking on an overnight hiking trip. We expected a good night’s sleep but did not get it due to the hot sleeping environment. I have requested a refund for our night as it severely impacted our trip. Also the bed was warped. I do NOT recommend this place.
