We stayed at the Rayavdee for three nights at the end of our Thailand holiday. I'd seen their social media and thought what an amazing hotel it would be to stay at. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms spilt onto two floors are a nice touch. The bed is so comfortable and huge! We had a meal in the Grotto restaurant and that is worth every penny. The food was perfectly cooked and delicious. We had WhatsApp contact with one person throughout our stay who was wonderful, sorted anything we needed and got us an extended check out so we could make the most of our last day which we really appreciated. A couple of things we would have liked to have known before heading out (and maybe this is lack of research from our side). The hotel is surrounded by three public beaches one of which (which is next to the pool) felt very loud. Lots of boats with noisy engines did takeaway from the peacefulness of the hotel. They do have security on every exit to stop random people walking into the resort and all of the guy we saw working were polite and very on it. The only other thing is if you're like me and hate people obsessed with taking videos and photos for their social media then this isn't the place for you. There were far too many people setting up tripods to film themselves walking/posing constantly and also encroaching on other peoples space for them to get the perfect shot! Read less

Luna was amazing, she took care of each of our details, and arranged a great birthday for me. More than that, she gave this handwritten/hand drawn card which is precious and goes to show how much she and the Rayavadee team take strides. Now on to the property, it’s set in the midst of jungle/cliff and is a must-visit for those who love to experience nature first hand. You can easily access 3 beaches within minutes. The villas are spacious and tiny details are take care of - like the after sun lotion, the cookies being refilled, the fruits and flowers on the table. I loved the food at all the 4 restaurants, especially the Thai one at Krua Phranang, and the breakfast and afternoon tea spread. Read less
