The hotel

Where is it

Located between the Caribbean Sea and the Lagoon of Bahia Petempich in the Yucatan Peninsula. Only 15 miles away from South Cancun. 25 minutes from Playa del Carmen. Transfer time from airport: 15 minutes.

Had the greatest experience with my husband disconnecting from work and the daily routine. Staff attention was top-notch, very clean, and entertainment was on point.

Secrets is a great resort if your looking to relax and if your looking to party you can always go over to the breathless side which is nice as well but just not a quite. The hotel is nice for a couple getaway, it only has one restaurant but you can go to breathless next to it. The best restaurant is the French one. Luis is the best and Esther. I think the best thing about this hotel was our room no bottles like noted and swim out was good at front ocean. The ocean is dirty and small. Would not go again compared to the other secrets. We had an amazing time and the staff was so friendly and helpful. Stephen was a fantastic host! Andres was also helpful, as was Mancel, Johnny, Manuel, Christian, Angell, Frank, Joaquin, and the rest of the staff. We will definitely be back.
