Dress code: most restaurants require guests to wear cover-ups and no sleeveless shirts when dining. A ‘casual elegance’ dress code is in place when taking dinner at Bordeaux, El Patio, Himitsu and Blue Mountain, with gentlemen required to be dressed in long trousers, with dress shirts or collared shirts, and women can wear dresses, shirts or blouses, and trousers, with no flip flops or sleeveless shirts.

Then in the day my husband and I walk to the barracuda Bar, some staffs was standing and I placed my order, the female by the name of Sherece was so disrespectful to both me and my husband, we had to look at each other, then a female staff was there and jumped in and communicate with us, but Sherece didn't even stopped to listen carefully to our order or inform us of the drinks or anything like that, the next staff had to inform us and filled us in, her name is Yushan I guess, not sure if I got it right. This was on the 07/11/24. The stay there was nice, and Shackera not sure if I got her name right at the same barracuda Bar was awesome with the drinks, she's a great Bartender 👌. Read less

Great stay! Hospitality is top notch . Something to do every night! Beach was clean and easy accessible. Food was good ! Even though we got a hurricane staffs first priority was our safety and we will definitely be coming back!

Go literally anywhere else. This place is a money grab. My fiance got hurt while there, due to their lack of cleanliness in our room. The floor was wet and he slipped and fell. We were asked to pay a rental fee for crutches, no one checked on us after the incident report. All that mattered was money. Train your employees better.

Refrigerator was not clean. Someone’s open milk was left in the freezer and the freezer had over iced there was fingerprints on the outside of the refrigerator indicating it was not clean. Couples massage at the spa was horrible, not worth the money
