The most delicious, healthy and pleasant breakfast we’ve ever had at a hotel with a huge variety of everything starting from the freshest fruits and hot dishes to the specialty bakery of all kinds. This was also the first time at a hotel that our butler was actually there for us and was VERY attentive and helpful. His name was Murtuza, and he was absolutely outstanding. Best service we’ve ever experienced after traveling the world. There was some construction going on, but it didn’t affect our stay at all. It looks like they constantly try to improve the property. The view was phenomenal. The beach is well maintained. The staff always makes sure that you have cold water, popsicles and ice cream. Super clean and well-maintained property everywhere you go. Great swimming pools. Great restaurants and room service. The only small downside was that the bed was super soft and had an indent. But I’m sure they can accommodate any preference. We would absolutely love to come back to this resort in the near future. It has become one of our absolute favorite. Thank you so much for having us. Read less

They are totally intuitive, alert, aware of even your smallest needs and nothing g is too much trouble and everything is a pleasure. The buffet is incredible with everything you can think of and do much more . If it’s not there , which is highly unlikely then they will create it x The pool is surrounded by bed chairs - no need to reserve. Everyone gets two towels as they arrive . Constant cold water, ice lollies and fruit kebabs. They do a great wraparound around menu so if you are half board you can decide whether you want lunch or dinner. Lunch as an extra is very reasonable . The hotel in my eyes was faultless . The beach adjoins the pool and is beautiful to swim in and do warm x the sand is golden and the service is as good as the pool x Read less

Rooms are new, spacious and perfectly equipped. Aspects to improve: the AC in the corridors and hallways is unbearable and got me sick….it’s really freezing inside and it’s a shock every time you go back and forth with outside. Kidsclub should arrange more activities outdoors. There are some construction going on and it’s a little bit annoying. Read less

First of all, this is our fourth time with the St. Regis Saadiyat. This said, we have a good overview and comparison from time to time and sadly need to say that it got even worse with every stay. But this time was for sure the worst: - Front desk is unprofessional and has nothing to do with St. Regis hospitilaty, also it’s poor quality when it comes to Bonvoy Lifetime Platinum Member (even though the St. Regis City Hotel is quite better) - We asked for a room upgrade as Bonvoy Platinum benefit and the front desk looked at us like if we were joking and have the courage to ask for this… (shame on us) - to be fair the first 5 nights, no rooms with sea view were available due to high occupacity - Nevertheless, we checked online a few days later and saw that available rooms are back, so we asked via Chat about a possible room update. Ironicly, they said that they dont have any free rooms, even though the App was showing bookable rooms - Breakfast and service is okay, but not outstanding and very comparable with the Westin in Dubai. During rush hours it’s Pretty Loud and umcomfortable - Same goes for the Dinner buffet, but the quality is even worse than breakfast, there is not a real variety over the week and food is often cold - Most annoying part and also not acceptable for this stay, is the noise and construction all over the hotel. Sontaya restaurant is under construction, construction of a paddle Field in Front of the adults Pool and one construction in Front of the beach - They dont do any pauses and you have the noisy background the whole day - As we left the Beach one day, they re painting one of the constructions and due to the wind the colour come all over the crossing guests and their clothes - no excuse from the hotel for this at all - And on top, the Mazi restaurant also closed from the 1st of November, so you have just the buffet and Buddha Bar as a Dinner selection (Buddha Bar ist mostly fully booked and not available) - Worse service via chat, we tried to Reserve Restaurants for Dinner and got mostly rejected because there fully booked (even multiple days in advance). Hence, the Service via Chat is so Bad and not guest friendly at all that they didnt Even try to find another Solution nor give us an advice for Other Restaurants. No St. Regis quality at all - Next one, sunbeds are fully blocked at the Beach from 7am onwards, guests showing up at 11 or 12 am earliest - Also annoying, we have spotted some of them blocking sunbeds at the Beach and the pool at the same time… - Lastly, the pool and Beach staff is quite nice and guest Friendly - Maybe need to restaff some with the professionell front desk. Location and Beach is beautiful. - St. Regis should be renamed into J.W. Or Westin Read less
