Located on the eastern crescent of Palm Jumeirah, with easy access to various attractions in Dubai, including the Mall of the Emirates, Aquaventure Waterpark, and more. Transfer time from Dubai International Airport: 30 minutes.

Hotel information

258 rooms and 67 suites. All with basic WiFi, tea/coffee-making facilities, mini-bar*, Molton Brown bath amenities, bathrobes and slippers. Luxury Rooms have side views of the resort from a private balcony, a workspace and a bathroom with standalone bathtub and walk-in shower. With 1 king-size bed or twin beds, and sofa bed sleeping maximum 2 adults and 2 children (under 12 years).

Board basis options:

Bed & Breakfast option: includes breakfast at Palm Kitchen.

Half Board option: includes lunch or dinner at Palm Kitchen.

Full Board option: includes lunch and dinner @ Palm Kitchen.

Children up to 11.99 booked on HB/FB are only entitled to the Kids Menu.

Half Board Dine Around option: lunch or dinner and Full Board Dine Around option: lunch and dinner at Palm Kitchen (international buffet), The Coast (Half Board/Full Board set menu), Roaring Rabbit (Half Board/Full Board set menu) and Raia (Half Board/Full Board set menu (dinner only and age 21 years +).

Restaurant options are subject to change. On 31st December Half Board will be available for lunch only. On 31st December Full Board will not be available.

Half Board Dine Around Plus and Full Board Dine Around Plus (unlimited drink supplement*): at Palm Kitchen (international buffet), The Coast (Half Board/Full Board set menu), Roaring Rabbit (Half Board/Full Board set menu) and Raia (Half Board/Full Board set menu (dinner only and age 21 years +).

*The drinks supplement is available for lunch or dinner only and includes an unlimited beverage package as per the below conditions: • Drinks are to be consumed exclusively during mealtime while dining in the outlet • Unlimited alcohol package for adults only (21 years and above) • The drinks package is not applicable from December 24, 2023, to January 03, 2024.

Luxury Family Room King Bed with a balcony overlooking the surrounding sides of the resort, spacious workspace, and bathroom with a separate bathtub and walk-in shower. With 1 king-size bed and sofa bed sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Exotica Sea View Room with Club Lounge Access are located on the higher floors of the resort with a balcony overlooking the Arabian Sea. With 1 king-size bed and sofa bed sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Luxury Suites offer a spacious living area with a balcony overlooking the surrounding sides of the resort. With 1 king-size bed and sofa bed sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Luxury Suite Sea View are also available, these suites include complimentary access to the Taj Club Lounge.

Grand Luxury Suite Sea View with Open Jacuzzi features a private terrace with a Jacuzzi overlooking the Arabian Sea. Located on the higher floors, the suite provides a living area complete with a large sofa-bed and dining table. Sleeping maximum 4 adults. These suites include complimentary access to the Taj Club Lounge.

Located on higher floors the Exotica Suite Sea View with Open Jacuzzi features a spacious living area, a dining space with a marble table and a kitchenette, as well as a private terrace with a Jacuzzi overlooking the Arabian Sea. With 1 king-size bed and sofa bed sleeping maximum 4 adults. These suites include complimentary access to the Taj Club Lounge.

Honestly - one of the nicest places I have stayed in Dubai - from the reception to the service, the pool and the entertainment area, all the great builders are smiling and welcoming everywhere. The staffs are very friendly and easy to approach. The service was very neat. This was the best hotel experience I had so far. The restaurant served yummy Indian cuisine. The hotel’s ambience was relaxing and calming. Definitely I would chose them again for my next trip.

This was our first time visiting the Taj Exotica and we will definitely be coming back for sure. The staff went above and beyond and treated us like family. Pallavi deserves recognition for her hard work and impeccable hospitality. She always greeted us with a big smile and ensured we had a comfortable stay, she went above and beyond to make our anniversary celebration even more special as she arranged a surprise for me and my husband. We really appreciated her kindness during our stay. Special thanks to Amrinder for looking after us and for his kind hospitality, my husband and I was taken aback by his professionalism and warm welcome he gave us. Amrinder went above and beyond for us which we will always remember. Harpreet always greeted us with a smile and made an effort to talk to us. As we were celebrating our anniversary during our stay, the staff at reception bought a beautiful selection of chocolates, dates and fruit which was beautiful. We were delighted with this gesture. We dined in at Varq and WOW! What an outstanding restaurant serving authentic Indian food. The whole experience from the food to service was incredible. Chef Pankaj and his team came out especially to see us and wished us a happy anniversary and he catered for our needs. My husband loves Paneer and the team made the most delicious paneer dishes for him. Roaring Rabbit has the best comfort food and the food portions are huge! Thank you to Chef Shivang and all the staff at Roaring Rabbit who again went above and beyond to ensure we were looked after. Amazing food and hospitality! There's so many touches that the hotel do to make stay extra special. Upon arrival, they offer you a welcome drink and a shell necklace. At the pool they treat guests to ice-lollies in the afternoon and also provide ice buckets for water bottles. I would like to say a huge thank you to the Taj for their kind welcome and love. It truly felt like home and all the people we met became family. We will definitely be coming back again and I have recommended this hotel to all my family and friends. Read less

Wah Taj! From the check-in to check-out the experience was execllent. The property view is amazing with Atlantis on oneside and Burj al Arab on the other. The massive pool was a cherry on top! Though we visited during peak summer suprisingly 4pm onwards we did not feel the sun at all and the temp was just perfect. The reception area is beautiful… Read more

The reception area is beautiful and there is lot of space for families to connect after dinner/breakfast. The popsicle play area was neat and clean with good options for kids below 10. The food was awesome and we enjoyed the spread for Breakfast and Dinner. Would like to make a special mention about Sunanda at the reception who was kind enough to complete the check-in in less than 10mins, Bernard at the restaturant who was very proactive and attentative to our needs esp the lil ones. Rajesh and Abdul at the concierge service were very prompt too. Overall all the staff were cordial and connected with us. We will come again with the extended family! Read less
