The resort is beautiful, very clean, and lots of kind people. Our room was on the 21st floor with a fantastic view, we enjoyed it very much. As part of our stay we had access to the Lapis lounge on the 22nd floor and visited every day. We asked for a couple of wine glasses for our room as we left Lapis one afternoon. We were given them with the promise to return them the next morning, which we did as we went to breakfast. Later that day we again asked for 2 wine classes and we told we didn't return them and a debate about getting glasses again, we ultimately were given them. We certainly wouldn't pay the rate for the resort with the plan to take a glass, it was a bothersome event and experience. We had dinner at 3 restaurants in the resort, Cafe Marinique, Fish by Jose Andres and Paranza. All three restaurants were good but unremarkable. Maybe my expectations are high, however if I spend what I did for these restaurants I look to be WOW'd and was not. I would certainly stay at the resort again as the stay was overall relaxing and enjoyed by the both of us. Read less

I was amazed at how clean the property was. Even my room had zero flaws. I stayed at the Cove, and it was perfect. The pool was just outside the building with the beach right next to it. I was also impressed with the friendliness of the staff everywhere I went. Honestly, this was the nicest resort I've ever stayed at.

We had an opportunity to upgrade from Royal. It was well worth it! First impression was the open space entrance area. The hotel is modern, quiet and well maintained. We stayed in Deluxe Ocean view suite. The room was spacious and modern. Beds are comfortable and gorgeous view of the beach from the full balcony. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.
