We absolutely ‘lucked out’- our villa was stylish, modern and super clean with all the little extras … fabulous for a family of 4 and 3 toilets! Amazing! We were greeted with $700 dollar surcharges as cleaning and taxes are not included but once you get over that you head to the villa for a huge amazing surprise. We were greeted with $700 dollar surcharges as cleaning and taxes are not included but once you get over that you head to the villa for a huge amazing surprise. Reason why I said we did well is because these villas are owner owned so some are not as great as ours was, so you are playing the lottery….. but as for us, a huge thank you! Loved it! Read less

Great place to stay! Had a full kitchen which was nice to cook at home and save a little money. Plenty of restaurants near by, but be sure to book reservations way ahead of time! The costal walk was beautiful and close by.

Overall the location was nice. Great if you have 4 people. Beautiful view, close enough to walk to a couple of beaches. Check in was fine, but did have to call to get code as we arrived after 5. I agree that fees are a surprise, so know that you are going to pay about 150 per day extra. The villa itself is a good size, but our unit did… Read more

I agree that fees are a surprise, so know that you are going to pay about 150 per day extra. The villa itself is a good size, but our unit did have some issues that lowered the score. Some furniture is dated, but easy enough to get over if we didn't have other issues that we had. One of two a/c units didn't work, so one bedroom nice, but rest of rooms were 78 to 80 for the trip. We think there was termites- what looked like sand on countertop (what we thought 1st time we cleaned), but came back twice more during our stay. For sure we had roaches around the kitchen sink (adults and babies). Which meant upon arriving home worried that we might have brought some home. Overall nice location, but do to these items (extra costs and parts) would put it as a not recommend place. Read less

Beautiful location and exquisitely appointed and luxuriously comfortable villa. Multiple grocery stores are nearby, so we saved quite a bit by making our own meals. There are two beaches within quick walking distance - one is often used by hotel guests and is calm while the other is nearly always empty or nearly so and has excellent surf. We have returned to this location repeatedly over the past years and highly recommend it. Only a single downside: the facility tends to use gas-powered gardening tools, occasionally starting quite early in the morning. For those coming from the mainland, especially the east coast, this can be distressing if it happens to be one of your first few mornings in Hawai'i. Read less
