On a private, white-sand beach on exclusive Longboat Key, a barrier island just off the coast of Sarasota. Distance from Tampa International Airport: 62 miles.

223 rooms and suites from 4 to 10 floors in 7 buildings with 9 lifts. All with balcony, air-conditioning, flatscreen TV with pay-per-view films, WiFi, alarm/clock radio, safe, iron and ironing board, bathrobes, hairdryer, mini-fridge, microwave and coffee maker with daily supply of freshly-ground coffee.

Guest Rooms offer beach views, and either 1 king-size or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 2 children. 

Studio King Suites feature a separate seating area with queen-sized sofa bed, kitchenette with washer/dryer, dining area, and balcony overlooking the golf course or Intracoastal Waterway, with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Studio King Suite Beach View are the same as above, with views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Spacious One Bedroom Suite Beach View have a private master bedroom with 1 king-size bed and dressing area, large living room with 1 queen-size sofa bed, fully-equipped kitchen with washer/dryer, dining area, and feature views of the Gulf of Mexico, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Two Bedroom Suite Beach View include two separate bedrooms, each with their own dressing area, living room with queen-size sleeper sofa, fully-equipped kitchen with washer/dryer, dining area, and feature views of Gulf of Mexico, sleeping maximum 6 adults.

Spacious Two Bedroom Suite Beach View are the same as above, but are larger in size.

Always an amazing stay. Best hidden secret with excellent beach service, especially Jason. Much quieter experience during the summer with less crowds. We will be back soon to experience longboat Key Club. …………………………………………………………………..

The chair and umbrella service at Bouche is top notch! Jason is always friendly and attentive. Spectacular beach front resort! This is my favorite vacation spot with family, but I also feel safe here when traveling solo. Views and serenity like this are hard to find.

This is a great place. The rooms are big, clean and very nice. The best part of the stay was the staff. We never came across a friendlier stay. All went out of their way to help in any way they could. Food is expensive but good. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner on property.

Olivia, Paula, and Ania are amazing ! They are super nice and thoughtful and great at what they do! Paula and Ania are the best pool servers and are very prompt. Olivia is our favorite towel girl and is super sweet. We are so thankful for everyone who works here!
