My stay at the ritz was awesome, the service was incredible (shout out to: Lander + Oscar at the spa + Alain & Gabriel at the valet) they were so accommodating making us comfortable during our stay. The beds were also very comfortable and very big spacious rooms. Would come back again!

Not great - no benefits for elite members, inadequate number of guest elevators plus some or all were broken most of our 4 day stay, marginal service. Not really a Ritz Carlton experience. Housekeeping was spotty and windows were really dirty - seems like with ocean view they might want to clean them. Valet and service charges are very high on… Read more

Disappointing stay at The Ritz Carlton South Beach. Upon arrival, we were given keys to our room and expected to make our own way there without any assistance or information on the hotel or its facilities. The room was average at best and, despite being able to see the see in the distance, we had to look out over the roof and aircon system of an adjoining property. The rooms were tired and grubby with air vents showing signs of rust and the floors and surfaces needing a thorough deep clean. Despite booking and paying for a room for three people, there wqs only one double bed in the room and I was told that there was a $75 dollar per night supplement for providing a trundle bed. The room amenities were never replenished properly and when I dared to ask for a second English Breakfast teabag it took 3 days to arrive!! Most days the rooms were not serviced before 4 pm and even then, they were, at best , skimmed over. On the last day, after checkout, I asked if there were any changing facilities as we had a late afternoon flight. I was told that there would be a $75 dollar per operson charge if we wanted to use the club changing rooms. All in all, a disappointing stay and not what I was expecting from a Ritz Carlton Hotel (although really a Marriott). Will stick with the Middle East from now on. Read less

We had an amazing time here! The location was perfect, the service was exceptional, and it was truly one of our best family experiences ever. While we did encounter a minor issue with the billing, it was handled professionally and smoothly.
